Why do job questionnaires ask bogus questions?
A common example: "Do you ever get angry?" Of course I'm going to select "Strongly disagree," because any other answer presupposes that you are not 100% calm, and the preferred employee is one who never gets angry. Why do these types of questions, some containing Catch-22's, exist?

Hi, I can't really help just empathize. I took it for a while for fibromyaglia, but it exacerbated my depression to the point of suicidal consideration. I am glad it seems to work for yours. I know what it feels like to see new drs and look like a pill head. I get it too. I'm in the process of looking for new drug. The only thing that lets me be a productive part of society and relatively pain free is lortab 10's. How do you ask for that without looking like a seeker? But it hard to get across from them, that youre not a seeker or an addict, you don't get high from it, you just are able to function. Good Luck
Why do job applications ask stupid questions?
They ask some question just to make sure you're paying attention and taking time to answer. Their thoughts on the situation are that if you can't give 100% effort to filling out an application, then you sure won't give 100% to your job. It's basically testing your work ethic.

Not only you will be debarred for any other recruitment in govt but you will also be jailed. They might also contact the institute and ask them to verify their document even at a later stage. Once you clear document verification you will be asked to undergo further stages such as interview etc.

The problem arises if they are the ONLY questions that are asked as part of the interview process.

I got my answer in 3 days.I asked a laywer a specific question and he got back to me in a one sentence generic answer that has nothing to do with my specific situation. It’s like me asking: “What is the best treatment for my particular type of cancer?” and the “Doctor” answers “You are recommended to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables”. LIKE WTF! Anyone know the hiring process for labcorp as a phlebotomist? I had an interview this past Friday 9/30 but I have received an email nor a call regarding weather I got the job or not. They just sent me a WOTC( Work opportunity Tax Credit) questionnaire on Monday 10/3 to fill out. The interview overall went very well. Could this be a possibility that I got the job?
