Why do Democrats blame George Bush for Barack Obama's failures?
I’m not a Democrat but there are legitimate criticisms of decisions that Bush made that we still live with today. Much of the increase in the national debt is due to Bush’s tax cuts that weren't paid for and decisions to start a two front war in Iraq and Afghanistan that also weren't paid for.The financial crisis was the result of a housing bubble that occurred during the Bush administration. You can reasonably blame the Clinton administration for encouraging lending to minority communities and deregulating banks, but the housing bubble could have and should have been cooled off much earlier. He started with a serious recession which hit federal revenues and boosted welfare spending, and he also spent money on extending unemployment insurance and on stimulus packages. Arguably I think the money could have been better spent, but extending unemployment and the stimulus package had bipartisan support.There is legitimate evidence to believe that Bush was presented with information that Osama bin Laden was going to attack the United States and chose to ignite the threat. He may not have been able to prevent it, but completely ignoring the threat was imprudent. As a result of that we had to have a war with Afghanistan. Going into Iraq and splitting our defense resources was a seriously poor decision. We made that decision based on either very poor evidence or outright lies. As a result of that we arguably are dealing with ISIS due to taking out a strong central government in Iraq and destabilizing the Middle East.President Obama hasn't been perfect, but his hands are largely tied by decisions made by previous presidents. The economic recovery has been tepid, but it took decades to fully recover from the Great Depression and the rest of the world is doing even worse. Poor foreign policy decisions made by Bush have blown up our national debt and have arguably made us less safe.
Why does the majority party get the blame for everything Congress does?
People mistakenly believe that everything Congress does is decided by simple majority. They don't realize that many procedural votes require a 3/5 majority.
Why do democrats get away with blaming everything on republicans?
They never will. No one on the left ever has to take responsibility for anything they do. Look at the administration, there are so many in office that should be in jail. They say they kick some of them out but they still end up on the pay roll. By blaming someone else they don't feel like they have to take the blame.

Why Do Republicans Get Blamed for Democrats Faults?
Most people assume the Democrats ended slavery when its the other way around. Until Lincoln got into the Oval Office there were Democrat presidents Not one tried ending slavery which would have stopped the Civil War. Everyone blames Bush for the bad economy[ which has gone worse with President Obama]. In 2006 the Congress majority was Democrats. From then on the economy has been bad. Not saying the GOP does everything right but the Democrats deserve some blame.

Let’s look at the records of the conservatives and the liberals:Liberals gave us the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.Liberals work to preserve the freedoms enshrined therein.Liberals defend these freedoms for even those who would deny these freedoms to their defenders.Conservatives give free reign to big business to cheat employees and stock holders.Conservative Supreme Court (in)Justices rule that companies can prevent employees from banding together in class action law suits, forcing the employee to face the corporation in front of a company chosen professional arbitrator who knows that if he rules against the company he won't be hired again.Conservatives write laws that encourage business to freely destroy the environment.Conservatives pass laws allowing law enforcement to violate constitutionally guaranteed rights, enact rigid laws on personal behavior,reduce taxes on the obscenely rich and inflict burdensome taxes on everyone else.Conservatives cry out that the liberals shred constitution then they violate it.Conservatives cry freedom then deny it by forcing medically unnecessary tests on women seeking constitutionally protected abortion.Conservatives allege voter fraud then enact voter id laws to prevent the citizen from voting.Conservatives spout off about fiscal responsibility, then give trillion dollar tax cuts to the wealthy 1% while doing nothing for the common man, imposing terrible burden of debt on our descendants, while cause huge deficits that they then use to “justify” cuts to the social safety net. In particular, they want to cut Social Security which is and has always been self funding, generating zero cost to the government and Medicare, which generates a small cost to the government compared to the military and cost of the tax cuts.Finally, the incumbent so-called Conservative President flagrantly violates the law, his oath of office and the constitution by appointing the incompetent and dishonest to his cabinet, and by relentlessly attacking the press. He blusters and bullies, offending allies, foes, and potential foes alike. He cosies up to the Russian President who worked very hard to elect him.Previous so called conservative Presidents waged war on countries that have never attacked the United States, without congressional approval nor declaration of war and without the countenance of any international body.Who I ask you is leading the United States to destruction?
