Why are females in the nothwest, Seattle or Portland nicer and more REAL, than females in Southern California?

That's not necessarily true. I lived in southern California since I was born and recently moved to part of Southwest Washington. On the first couple days at my new school I thought, "wow, people are friendly here" but although they seemed friendly at first I realized it's hard for them to let a newcomer into their social circle. They act nice to your face until you realize that they really want nothing to do with you.

But in southern California it seems that to me, that people are more REAL. If they don't want to hang out with you, you'll know. And there's plenty of people in Socal who "appreciate more things," thank you.

I think this occurs becoz theres a demand , there will be supply .... . new anorexic (not naturally thin ) stars/model get out ...ppl start to idolized them , buying wutever products they r trying to sell ...means big $$$$ earned ! ...so why do they want to trash such gd business into the bin ?. Slowily ppl will be brainwash ( i admit that at time when im weak i got bw too :S ) by wut they define as beautiful , guys with model type gf feel they will be envy by other guys hence feeling superior while those guys with real gals dont give out that superior air .
Moreover , do u notice that the gal clothes sizes are getting smaller n smaller ? lol ..if we dont lose some pounds we may find ourselves hard to buy "fashionable" clothes at all ! ...so wut is there for us to control but our weight ? ..

Girls dont really dress for guys in my opinon ...they dress for gals ..no i dont mean we r being lesbians or anything. But its just that eg: i mean if i buy a new piece of top i dont think guys will notice that till i mention thats its new (get it ? lol )

so u see , its hard to being a gal ! we lose (pounds) some gain (attraction) some .. dont u agree ? lol ...Its just how we handle this balance :D ...

Just to add to what Kent Fung wrote, I'm not sure why you are not eating carbs. Carbs are a powerful source of energy for endurance athlete. I actually increase my carb intake on times of high volume of training (20-24 hrs a week on peak). The only time I reduce carb intake is in the beginning of the season when I try to lose weight, but the exercises are much less intense in that time of the year.The caveat though is that are good and bad carbs in at least two dimensions:1)  Low or High Glycemic: Low glycemic are good because you get less hungry. The basic idea is that Low glycemic foods takes longer for your body to process the sugar so that you don't have the insulin spike that controls the high level of glucose in your blood.Small changes like eating sweet potatoes instead of russel potatoes or quinoa/brown rice instead of white rice. A note that many fruits have high glycemic index, it doesn't mean they are bad, but for example eating a watermelon (72 glycemic index) is done best if after a workout and not for a afternoon snack.2) Processed or unprocessed: Give preference to unprocessed foods. They usually have more fiber content which slows your digestive system and thus keep you less hungry. Eat a banana with greek plain no-fat yogurt instead of a protein bar for example.I'm curious to see what a RMR test results would show given your current diet. I've bet you might be burning too much protein, given your current diet, which is not ideal.

Losing 30 kgs in 6 months is possible. But it's more easier said then done. To really achieve it you have to be very diciplined with what you eat and maintain high intensity while you are working out in the gym. And I must tell you that, doing it for 6 months straight won't gonna be easy!!! If you are not deterred yet then you can continue reading this post.You have to understand the fact that weight loss will be easy when you start off, but with time it will be more and more difficult. So aim to loose 8kg in 1st month, 6kg each in next two, 4kg in 4th month & 3kg each in last two. Keep monitoring your weight regularly and try to stay on track.Coming to diet, I don't want to hard-code a diet chart as it won't be feasible to follow. I will just try to give some guidelines. 1. Have 5-6 meals a day of equal portion and with equal time interval.2. Total food you have in a day should consist of 40% protein, 40% crabs & 20% fats. Plan your meals accordingly.3. Choose cooked or raw food items over packed food items.4. Cut out sugar from your diet totally. The only source of sugar in your diet should be fruits.5. Have fruits only after 2 months. For 1st and 2nd month you should stay away from fruits and resort only to raw edible vegetable instead.6. If you feel like snacking then have crackers biscuit, almond, cashew nuts & peanut instead of cookies, donuts & cupcakes.7. Do not to eat anything heavy after 8pm. More specifically crab rich food after that time.8. Eating at restaurants is a strict no. But if you find it too difficult to follow then treat your taste buds once in a month.9. Who decides what is attractive? Everyone comes in every size and shape and everyone deserves to be loved. What you're saying here is very contradictory. First you say that people shouldn't starve to fit society's idea of beauty, and then you say that people should stay curvy because that's what's a woman supposed to look like. Either way, no one is happy. Keep in mind that skinny people(who have fast metabolisms) also have a heart!

I feel ugly most of the time because I'm thick. Most guys around me tend to go for skinny girls but they're all teenagers - maybe age plays a part too? Tell me what looks better in a bikini - a pair of big juicy thighs or skinny legs? We both know the answer to that one!
