Why Do People Act Like The Law

Why does it seem like black people break the law more often?

I go to Fox News daily to get the answer to this question, and find out what horrible thing blacks are doing to destroy the US. Here are some recent egregious headline examples from the past week:If a steady stream of foreign propaganda (Fox is owned by, and its racist tone is set by the Australian Rupert Murdoch who owns it, much like the rags in Britain that he also owns) is not enough to convince me that blacks are a threat to my way of life, I can always turn on the TV and watch crime dramas. "Gang member" and "thug" roles in film are disproportionately played by black actorsThe real question is: Why do people with blue eyes break the law more often? Or was that people with brown eyes? A Class DividedDownvoting question.(Q: “Why does it seem like black people break the law more often?”)

All people are human, but those who break our laws must be accountable, do you agree we must be lawful?

The argument that no human is illegal kinda makes me wonder about the murderers, rapist, thieves, fraud by identity theft, are they illegal? Do people who illegally come into our country become exempt from obeying our laws?

What reasoning is there to the premise that being a lawbreaker is OK?

Why do so many people act like Trump is above the law?

Because he acts as though he is above the law.Who else would blatantly violate a court order just FIVE DAYS after it was issued, if he didn’t believe that he was above the law?

Why do a majority of black people act indifferent to societies laws?

I shall now answer all your questions in the order they were typed, ready? Okay HERE. WE. GO:

1) They feel that after the difficulties their ancestors have faced, that they can disregard more rules.
2) Yes, I am following.
3) Ebonics originates (I know you don't want to hear this) from slaves in America. Due to the lack of education, most slang was formed based on what the black people heard from the white people. Just as babies will repeat things their parents say, but not exactly the way they are spelled, pronounced etc.
4) Black people even after slavery (again, not to keep harping on slavery) were uneducated and poor. The jobs they did get ended up involving the same jobs they did when they were slaves (agriculture). This passed along through many black generations resulting in continual low-paying jobs, hence the welfare.
5) Basic economics (supply & demand) Black people make fun of white people because many white people think it is funny (and will pay money to see these comedians). Many black people don't think it is funny when white people insult black people. This is due to the fact the most black people don't know what their specific ethnicity is, they just know they are from African descendants (aka they don't know if they are Kenyan, Ethiopian etc.). For black people, black is like their ethnicity. A better way to understand this is imagine someone calls you a "cracker" most likely you're not offended right? Imagine someone were to call you a name referring specifically to your ethnicity (Italian, Irish, French, Slovakian, Serbian etc.). This would probably hurt your feelings more than just being called a "cracker" and I doubt you would pay to have someone insult you specifically.
6) The younger generations of blacks call each other "n*gga" because they feel this forms some sort of bond. Like, being in a special group only certain people can join (in this case only black people). But don't be fooled, the older generations of black people do NOT like this at all. After the civil rights movement, and being called a n*gger, they cannot stand to hear younger black people call each other the word they fought so hard against.

Most of the way people act (race specifically) is passed down from their elders. Most Italians learned to cook. Most Chinese learned to study a lot. Most Mexicans learned to get a job young. etc.

Why do people break laws and commit crimes?

There are a lot of reasons.  Among them: Necessity (real or perceived).  Some people literally steal (or commit other crimes) so they can provide food, clothing, or shelter to themselves or their family.  Maybe they really have no other option, and maybe they just don't recognize the other options.Cost/benefit analysis comes down in favor of crime.  This is related to "necessity," I guess.  Some people see two options:  either commit crime or work at the metaphorical McDonald's.  The brochure for McDonald's is pretty bleak:  punch a clock for the rest of your life, attain a marginal measure of financial security but never any independence, and get no respect from your peers.  Against that option, a life of crime may not seem too bad for some people.  To be sure, whether there are really only these two options is immaterial -- some people only see these two options.Special snowflake syndrome.  (To be sure, this is not a clinical term.)  People understand the risks of a life of crime, but consider themselves to be the "special snowflake" who can somehow beat the odds.  It's not as silly as it sounds... the same syndrome causes people to go to law school when doing so is extremely risky at best, and (much more frequently) a crushing mistake at worst.Psychological issues.  Some people need to act out. Maybe as a cry for help.  Maybe as a challenge to authority.  Some people just have bad impulse control and literally do not think about the consequences.  Maybe for some other psychological reason.

Why do people act like paying taxes is a waste of money?

Because the government is terribly inefficient at doing anything good for me with that money. I would better off doing good for myself with that money. Or, if I so wish to help others, I’d be better off donating it to charities, churches, and non-profits of my choosing who actually do a lot of good for others. There are only a few things the federal government should be responsible for: protecting us from attack by other nations that we can’t defend on our own, creating and enforcing a few laws that protect our basic rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, and maintaining interstate infrastructure. Furthermore, if the individual states themselves want to try other things, they can and should be the pilot programs for them, and then people can decide to either move from or move to those states (voting with your feet) based on what they like, similar to a free market. I don’t like taxes being stripped out of my paycheck with me having absolutely no say in what it’s going to pay for, and knowing very well that most of it is a “waste of money.”

Why do rich people act like they're better than everyone?

Why is it that rich people always act like freakin snob to everyone that don't have a big house or nice cars? Also their kids always inherit all their money and dont have to work while us people have to work our butts off just to make basics? I think there should be some like law about that what do you think?
