Why do so many people hate Republicans?
1) People like safety and security for themselves at the expense of others. E.g. Labor Unions make it hard for unproductive workers getting fired, hence deny opportunities to more deserving, younger workers. Left wingers hate smart/talented H1B workers because they compete with them, but love illegal immigrants who they "use" to "clean their toilets" (The View show) and maintain their backyards2) People like to work less and vacation more. They want to work 9-5 and still be able to afford large houses with backyards and SUVsThe above two are the MAIN reasons why left wingers hate republicans3) People have short term memory. Much of the prosperity of America is due to the hard work and productivity of workers and entrepreneurs. The reason why other countries (e.g. China) accumulate US dollars is because they believe in the superiority of US productivity and ability to remain a world leader4) People are ungrateful. The prosperity that America enjoys today is due to the strength of US dollars. Unless goods were made abroad at lower prices, most people in America would not have been able to afford what they can afford today5) People like to think Republicans are anti-science. While most liberals I know are liberal arts majors who have no idea about the implications and applications of science6) Republicans do not deny science. They just understand the importance of "opportunity cost". There are more important things in the world to worry about right now than climate change7) Left wingers lack reason. The oppose, just for the sake of opposing. They are deniers of the real problems - illegal immigration, Islamic terrorism and supporters of petty causesFinally, I do not oppose the idea of Obamacare since it disassociates health insurance with jobs. However, it should be operated in an inefficient manner

Republicans tend to hate anyone that isn't a straight white male. There is the exceptions of course, as long as their differences are overshadowed by their hate for someone else. Example: Ben Carson he's black, but he hates LGBT people as much as any other candidate, so they can overlook that.

Mainly because Republicans have become so elitist and hateful of anyone who isn't one of them. They are constantly fighting the "takers," which includes just about everyone who isn't already voting for Republicans. They also oppose our Democrat president so much that they actually advocate for things that hurt our country just to be different. Why do republicans hate welfare?
Yes absolutely. You speak of things that the average American is ignorant to: 1. Welfare Reform meaning you can't live your life on it 2. If you do not have children, you get no help. What angers me about this to the max., is that I do not have children and have been paying over 30% of my paycheck every week for years in taxes. Why? Because I am punished that I do not have children. I have to pick up the burden for the dumb F..k down the street that decides to pop them out like pancakes. Then if something bad were to happen to me and I needed help, my state, NC, would not help because their rule is that I do not have children, no dependents; therefore, do not qualify for any assistance. And ppl wonder why the heck I hate capitalism to the core. Btw, sorry about your friend. It is a shame that our great society closes single ppl out and I pray she is in heaven.

They hate blacks, Hispanics, Asians, women, Muslims, Catholics, LGBTQ, the poor, the disabled, people struggling with addiction. Basically everyone who isn't straight, white and votes republican.

Why do people hate compromise so much?
Working for the better of everyone means working for liberty. Whereas, most americans are evidently content to be groped and irradiated at airports (and now on highways) out of fear they might die from a "terrorist attack", when they have a statistically better chance of being struck by lightening. Quite evidently, people don't hate compromise so much as critical thinking. %
