Why Do People Only Judge Managers Based On 6 Months And Completely Disregard Their Previous Years .

Why are tenants so disrespectful of property rights?

I just read another poster who does not give a damn about agreements and basic respect for other people and there property.

Another animal in a pet free unit.

I am just curious what these type of people are thinking. Aside from being dishonest, this is just so invasive of the property owners rights.

I just can't picture myself being so disrespectful to others, I have a hard time fathoming why others feel they have the right to abuse others peoples rights.

Do people actually max out credit cards before filing bankruptcy?

People used to do this some, but if you get caught it's considered fraud and you can be prosecuted for it, at the very least the judge will not allow it to be included in your BK.

I have posted a link that has a ton of information on the new bankruptcy laws and even has a test to see what chapter you can qualify for.

How do I prepare for NEET in the last 6 months?

Preparing for NEET needs a lot of dedication and planning. The syllabus is vast so it would be wise to follow a structured and steady approach in course coverage. Focus more on clearing fundamentals of Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. Understand the concept, only then move to the depth of a particular topic.Biology-All topics are important and should be prepared thoroughly though there have been more questions from the Human Physiology, Plant Physiology, Cell Biology, Ecology, Biomolecules, Biotechnology as per the questions asked in past years exams. After completing any topic, the objective questions should be solved and one must go through previous year question booklet of the same topic as it will developed depth of the studied topic.Animalia and Plantae topic needs to be prepared more carefully. The main emphasis must be on the characters of Phylum in Non-Chordates and up to class level in Chordates. All examples given in the NCERT along with the common name (wherever given) should also be memorized.Chemistry - Physical Chemistry is about clearing concepts and implementing these concepts and procedures by solving maximum MCQs. Inorganic chemistry is more about facts and little about concepts. Students take the advantage of cramming ability in this section. Some topics like Coordination chemistry and P Block chemistry are important and candidates must try to solve their questions again and again for command over this section.Organic chemistry is very demanding and candidates must clarity of concepts. First of all start with NCERT but to prepare a bit extra consult other relevant books also. When your concepts are clear, start doing MCQs on simple concepts and then try for tougher questions.Physics - Candiadtes finds Physics as tough paper because of the variety of theories and mathematical problems. This subject is not only about derivatives and formulas but only through the right applications of the same can lead to slution of problems. Therefore, one must have form command over theoritical concepts and its derivations. Tpics on which candidates must focus are work, energy and power, system of particle and rotational motion and gravitation ,thermal properties of matter and thermodynamics, electric potential and capacitance , electromagnetic induction and alternating current, atom, nuclei and semiconductors.

How many hours of study per day are required to score in the 99th percentile in CAT?

That really depends on how strong your base it and how much you grasp.I can share my experience, i am an average student with a normal IQ, and i cracked CAT with a percentile of 96.56 i.e CAT 2014 that was held in Nov'14.I started my prep in april and devoted 4-5 hours daily.Steps to crack it,1. Complete your maths NCERTS from 8th-12th. Seriously this is the most important step, because all the questions are based on these concepts2. Read A LOT. I myself read the hindu, the economic times(only the editorial and international news) Once you are pretty comfortable with these, you can start reading The New York Times, The Economist etc. Even refer to blogs like thenewyorker , the philosopher etc. This may seem pointless, but believe me it will help you loads with your English part of the exam. Highly in RC Passages, also an additional tip, read everything online because its Eco-friendly and since you will be giving an online exam so reading long RC's on the net will help u develop a habit.3. So after your maths concepts are clear, cram your tables. Your tables should be done up to 25 AT LEAST. Even learn the square and cube roots of first 30 no's because CAT is all about time management and this helps alot.4. From personal experience can vary person to person, buy some study material from Bulls eye, Times etc and make a habit to devote 1 hr each to all 3 sections. Don't underestimate the verbal and DI sections and just prepare for quant.5. You should be pretty clear with the basics, and now is the time to start giving mocks. Mark my words, its not the person who does max questions in cat exam who scores but the person who knows which questions to solve and which questions to skip and you can only learn this by giving maximum mocks. Give a mock test atleast once a week and analyse it and rectify your week spots.Thats about it, just remember hours really don't matter, but which solving each question you should be clear with the methodology to solve it and solve it within a time frame of 2-2.5 minutes max.If you liked my ans plz upvote and do ask if any queryUPDATE: I gave CAT 2016 exam as well and scored 98.1 with the same strategy.

Why do people think my bullmastiff is overweight.his dad was 150lbs and mom was 140lbs?

I have owned bullmastiffs in the past and currently own a female bullmastiff that is 5 years old. I can tell you that they are one of the hardest breeds to keep in shape. If you could post a pic of your dog it would be easier for me to tell you if he is overwieght or not. More then likely, at 150lbs, he is unless he is abnormally tall as well. With dogs like bullmastiffs you want them at the bottom of there weight scale because it prolongs there life and there quality of life. Bullmastiffs have some of the worst elbow and hip problems of all breeds and any extra weight will only complicate these problems. My female has been 120lbs for her entire adult life until 6 months ago I tore the ACL in my knee. This really made it difficult for me to get my dog or myself the proper exercise. I put on 40lbs of fat and my dog put on 25lbs of fat. I just got full clearence 2 weeks ago and my dog and I are on the "war path" to get back into shape. I feed my dog Nutro natural choice large breed adult, but I am switching to large breed weight management for her and reducing her food down to the bottom of the scale (4 cups a day). I am also going to make sure she gets at least an hour a day of exercise. In the last 2 weeks my dog has lost 6 pounds. If you follow the same program I am doing, I am sure your dog will have the same kind of results. Just make sure you are not giving him too many treats in between meals or the food reduction will not do anything for him. The best way to judge your dogs fat is to feel along his spine. His spine should be like the top of a tent with the body on either side of the spine being lower then the spine.

Did Obama get the message with the arrest of 8 Democrats in Bell California?

One commenter at CNN's online story got it spot on: "I notice there is no mention of the party affiliation of the accused. I can find no mention of it in any story on the internet. This must mean they were all Democrats."

Give the man a cigar.

Together, the eight city officials "misappropriated" $5.5 million in municipal funds. Robert Rizzo, the chief culprit, was arrested on 53 counts of various brands of corruption.

Before the scandal came to light, Rizzo had been making roughly $1.5 million per year, even though the per capita income in Bell is roughly half the national average.

Pedro Carillo, Bell's interim city manager, released a statement on the arrests today:

Given the sheer volume of charges levied against former Bell Chief Administrative Officer Robert Rizzo and former Assistant CAO Angela Spaccia by the district attorney, it is clear that Rizzo and Spaccia were at the root of the cancer that has afflicted the City of Bell. Also, it is a sad day for Bell that four current and two former members of the council also have been arrested. I am prepared to double down our efforts to continue to restore order, establish good government reforms, and to ensure that Bell is providing needed services to its residents.

Despite arrests in one of the most massive cases of municipal corruption in recent memory, no media outlet could bring itself to mention the officials' party affiliations, a fact that has been widely reported since the scandal entered the national spotlight.

BELL, Calif. — The investigators from the district attorney’s office showed up at the mayor’s house early Tuesday morning, arrest warrant and battering ram in hand, banging on the door. When the mayor, Oscar Hernandez, ignored their shouts — “Come out!” and “Put your hands up!” — they rammed down the door and arrested Mr. Hernandez on charges of looting the treasury of his own city to enrich himself.

Obama will be getting his wake up call, when the investigations start on the corrupt Obama Cabal in a very very short time, when the Republicans take the Congress in November
