Why Do People Use Yahoo To Advertise Their Youtube Channel

What is a Good way to Advertise my Youtube Channel other then commenting on famous peoples channels

Make videos!! make videos and in the description advertise your channel! if someone comments directly to you, answer the question and so forth. just be nice to them and they will like you back and likely subscribe ; )

Why do people want people to subscribe to their youtube channel?

Youtube has a partnership program which means that popular private youtube channels can become a 'youtube partner'. A youtube partner is used by outside companies to advertise on, and those advertising companies pay youtube to put their advertisements on the videos of the popular private channels.

So youtube gets paid, and since everyone owns their own videos, youtube legally has to pay the people that have advertising on their videos. Channels that 100,000 thousand subscribers and millions of views on their videos could make up to $8,000 per month! An example of this Natalie from communitychannel.

Some factors to be asked to be a partner from youtube include a minimum of about 500 subscribers, popular videos, and regular videos posted. Once your channel has been deemed suitable for thepartnership program you will be sent an automated request asking if you'd be interested in applying for the partnership.

So when people are asking you to 'vote, comment and sub' they want to get as popular as possible so they can become famous, AND make some dosh! So help a brother out and just click the yellow button!

Best Websites to Advertise/Promote your YouTube Channel?

Any good websites I can spread the word around? I feel my videos need more views for the amount of quality I put into them. Thanks.

I want to start a YouTube channel?

What about? If it's something cool, than I'll definitely check you out. Who knows? You might be the next PewDiePie.

What are ways to promote your YouTube channel?

Step 1) Keyword research on similar vids to improve your place in the suggested videos widget thingy to the right of video view pages.

Step 2) Create a channel trailer.... like a movie trailer / advert for your YouTube channel, which you can also promote via Google Adwords video ads.
Just upload the video as normal, then go to:
Creator Studio > Channel > Featured Content
Here's an attempt I made last year with chunks of clips chopped out of some of my vids + some royalty free backing music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFZMiv6X...

Step 3) Social media sharing to Facebook / Twitter / Tumblr, etc

Step 4) Search for "Get more YouTube View" + "Sub4Sub" Facebook pages for creators pushing for more views/subs.

Step 5) Get involved in the comments accompanying various popular + rising YouTubers without spamming your links.... just comment, and let people find their way to your profile seeing your username attached to the comment links to your profile.

Step 6) Regularly post decent content.... moment you quit posting stuff you drop off the radar like a downed airliner.

Why isn't Youtube's design as simple as Google's?

It's all about the money of course. Look at the reasons that people visit the two sites, and how that translates into profit. Users of Google.com are there to search for something, and Google makes money from delivering ads along side search results. In this case, it's in Google's best interests to help people find what they're looking for as quickly and easily as possible, because while searching for something, users aren't going to be interested in much else. If they added a bunch of irrelevant junk here and there, it would confuse and distract people. And with search, users are a lot more sensitive to that. If they can't figure out the site or are bombarded with too much stuff that they don't want, they'll simply use Yahoo or Bing instead. On the other hand, visitors to YouTube are there to watch videos. Google makes money by running ads during or before the videos, or sometimes on banners within the videos themselves. So for YouTube to profit, it's in their best interests to keep you watching more videos.  So what better way to do that than to give you lots of choices. Rather than ads in the margins, they put thumbnails for other videos that you might like to watch in hopes that one might catch your eye or arouse your interest. If they took the more Google-style approach of simply getting you to the video you want quickly and easily, without any distractions, they'd make less money because there would be fewer opportunities to snag you with another video and you get to see a few more ads. If you're watching a video of a cute cat, then there's a higher likelihood that you might be tempted to watch a video of a cute puppy too, unlike with search. If you're Googling 'European history' or 'how do I fix my computer' chances are you aren't going to give a hoot about anything outside of that subject, for the time being at least.

How do Google, Yahoo, YouTube, and Facebook make money since their search engines and services are all free?

Influence, technology, methodologies and a forward-thinking holistic vision. So the search engine is built, now time to get users, right? Of course! It starts with a B2C model:Now we have millions of queries going through our engine every. single. minute. The users are here! We reached our goal! Let’s be complacent! ← Far from what actually happenedTakeaway: There is no passive income, these executives are grinding day in and day out to keep their reputation because at this point, what else do we have than our reputation, dignity and integrity? So they all decide to keep innovating, after all, demand isn’t decreasing, rather, it’s skyrocketing!Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s) are now designing and developing NEW tech to make YOUR tech even better! The B2B play begins… Inspiration is furthered by ISV’s throwing skin in the game.Don’t forget, there is the avenue of going to businesses and explaining, we have millions of people wanting to pay money for products just like yours AND we’re going to give you an avenue to accomplish conversion, ultimately being a 100% driver of top line revenue. Lastly, we have an exact dollar amount attached so you can budget for long-term success.Well, this is a NO-BRAINER as a business owner! Now that the B2C and B2B ecosystem are happy, it’s time to do more! We will never remain complacent!Search engines are nothing but bite-size renderings of user-created content but at the same time, search is so much more. Curiosity drives search and curiosity is the vein of innovation.Oh yeah, bring on the ads! Now businesses are raking in cheddar from their e-commerce sales from search engine traffic so they decide to double down: advertise on various channels which means revenue continues to increase, making these companies the backbone of business inclusion as we know it!!When Google is the backbone of inclusion, what happens?I’ll update this answering in 365 days… I’m genuinely curious and I’m happy you asked.AI is what will differentiate EVERYONE. Artificial Intelligence was created for social good, to create a level playing field. Life’s not always sunshine and dandelions, AI has ethical ambiguity so this, in addition to their addressing the gaping holes in their platform, will dictate their long-term destiny.
