well, it takes a hell lot of work-not something you can do in one try.

and these are estimates. i suggest you excersice by not counting, perhaps, instead, running at least an hour a day or any form of aerobics(it burns fat) for one hour. if you cant do one hour, try to do at least more than 15 min to get to one hour, because aerobics of less than 15 minutes wont burn off fat, it creates muscle because it is anaerobic. but thats only if you use a great amount of energy in that less than 15 minutes. if you use little or moderate energy, it is like burning nothing. so, 4 15 minutes or more periods of aerobics will do you good.

I would not recommend doing "jumping jacks" as an exercise system.  The most efficient exercise for weight control are the various forms of aerobic exercise...Running, cycling, stationary machines, etc.Get your heart rate into the aerobic training zone for a minimum of 20 minutes.If you feel that you must, for some reason, do calisthenic exercises....Then do a variety of them that work all your muscle groups, and do them at an intensity and cadence that will get your heart rate into that aerobic zone.

how many calories a person burns is sort of an individual thing. it's hard to determine accurately. i don't think that workout would come close for most people, but it wouldn't hurt to do them.
