Why do some songs give us goosebumps?

I have one from Bob Dylan’s collection as below. It’s a song of 60s and when I first listened to that I kept playing it many a time. The song was quite different and dedicated to the mankind.I first listened to this song during my childhood but couldn’t make any sense out of it till I grew up. In my view, that song has a noble message in each of its word and nobody can deny that. I think it shows a completely different thought process on the part of the composer and am sure, this is one of his compositions that earns him the prestigious Noble award. Why/how do some songs give you goosebumps/chills?
i find that some songs give me goosebumps and chills, but i dont understand. i usually get them when a song is really beautiful or has much importance to me but don't you get goosebumps when you're scared or cold??? so how does it relate?

Mein Rahoon ya Naa Rahoon is a bollywood single by t-series which stars Emraan Hashmi and Esha Gupta which is sung by Armaan Malik. This is an amazing song which shows a story of a guy(Emraan) who likes a girl(Esha). Emraan and Esha are very good friends in the song and eventually Emraan starts liking her. Their friendship is very deep and they spend a lot time together. One day Emraan finally gathers all his courage and decides to go to his house and tell her how he feels about her. He dresses up and finally runs to her house to tell her. He dashes in and rings the bell. Just when Esha opens the door the screen flashes out and the video cuts to the present. In the present Emraan is shown explaining this story to a small kid. Just then Esha turns up and call this kid. He calls her ‘mom’ and rushes there. Just then the frame shifts and one more guy is shown whom the kid calls ‘dad’ who was earlier shown once during the past. The focus then shifts toward Emraan and shows that he has been friendzoned. That moment I got goosebumps and my eyes turned wet because I’ve gone through a totally similar phase and I was hell broken by it. I never recovered from it because I still like her and that will always stay. Even Emraan in the video says ‘hamesha pyaar karta rahunga’ I totally relate to that and even I will love him always. pretty much everything that has been listed already also gives me goosebumps. I think one of the best though is "Dazed and Confused" - Led Zeppelin. The guitar on it is just incredible, seriously you cannot help but get goosebumps when listening to it! :)

No not at all, I mean I don't know if you would find this song "beautiful" as most have commented but I'd rather call this as a "depressing" song. And therefor I'll stop listening to it... P.S.
