I NEVER take my daughters phone away what if there was an emergency and she needed to call me or the police? do I want her to worry about finding a payphone or depending on someone else to have a cell phone- my number one rule is don't leave the house without a cellphone. As long as she pays for her texting I don't care what she does.

This is the worst reply you can give to your partner. Always comfort her and tell her that you love her only and that girl was just a friend or a colleague from office; Nobody can take your place silly. Why won't my gf let me look at her phone?
Alright so my gf and I have been dating 3 months now and every time I ask her if I can see her phone she says for what? And I ask her if I can look through her messages because she does have guy friends and I just want to make sure nothing's going on because I dated a girl for 4 years and found out that she was cheating on me since our 3rd year together and I'm just still hurt from that. Awhile back she we were at her house and I noticed her phone sitting there so I looked through her messages. One of the guys she used to talk to from another state called her baby and she replied with the bashful face and a smiley face. Then I looked and one of her other friends called her sexy and she replied back that he was sexy too. Another thing was I noticed she had a picture of some guy on a contact photo of him in the mirror and I asked her and she said told me they never talked they were just friends but the guy was shirtless in the bathroom.. Idk what to think. Everytime I ask her to let me see her phone and she seems so questionable about it like she's hiding something and she also put a passcode on too... She says she won't cheat on me and her best friend told me the same thing but I'm still lerious about it. Idk what to think she tells me that it's her personal space and that's why she doesn't want me in it but I say if there's nothing bad there shouldn't be a problem.
