Why Does America Unlike China Rather Spend On Wars Than Space Program

Do Americans "respect" Russia?

Russia sort of gets a bad reputation, and so did Putin, but I have a feeling that Russia is still respected by Americans because:
a.) Americans like strong character, and no matter what is said about Putin, he certainly does not come off as weak-minded.
b.) Russian economy is growing at a quick rate, so obviously the country isn't a wasteland and is keen on developing.
c.) Americans and Russian astronauts always seem to be meeting each other in space.
d.) Russia, or the Soviet Union, was a superpower along with the U.S.
e.) Russia, the enemy it was once, never resorted to terrorism.
f.) Russian people have given their lives, namely in Stalingrad, to defend their sovereignty.
g.) Maybe a far stretch, but I think Americans sort of respect Russia because of the Cold War. Basically, those were quite ugly times, and the people of each country hated each others' ideologies, but there was a lot of mutual effort put in into avoiding a catastrophic conflict.

Am I wrong, right, in the middle?

My best friend is annoying me/ grossing me out lately?

Ive known my best friend for about 3 years and she is really sweet and nice, but for awhile now almost everything she says is annoying to me, it's not like its really bad or anything...
And on top of that she's sorta been grossing me out. Her breath and her will smell bad almost everyday lately and if I tell her then I know she'll get mad.
I don't really know what to do and I've been feeling like this for quite some time now...

How big is China's military compared to India?

I believe there will have a lot of google copy paste machines here to compare. OUTPUT = 0The true world is not simple as that way.Can Indian produce all ammo types from pistol to field artillery, in good quality and mass production scale? (Do not tell me INSAS or the 155mm gun who hit its own barrel while test shooting)Can Indian produce tank fully in house, in good quality and mass production scale, not only on presentation? (Do not tell me Arjun tank, my father is younger than this name)Can Indian produce 4th.5th gen fighter in house, in good quality and mass production scale, not only on presentation?(Do not tell me Tejas, my father is younger than this name)Can Indian produce Navy frigate, destroyer, CV, or XXXX in house, in good quality and mass production scale, not only on presentation?Does India have a close loop of self-sustainable industry to manufacture from the smallest component to the full assembly cut edge product from civil to military grade. (“Made in China” tag: Chinese product is able to adjust the quality depending on sell price and sell destination.) India cannot produce, for instance J20, even with a full blue print with all details. So sometimes I am really proud of reverse engineering. (Gap of basic research, applied engineering and system engineering and the education/industry suppliers behind it)Just remember, military capability is never as simple as grade I math class to count the number or copy paste your google search, that is 100% related to the county’s overall potential (talent poll, education, government’s efficiency, transportation etc,. ) and industry capability. China took a painful 1949–1978 to establish a low-end but complete industry loops and take anther couple decades to open up for economy and feedback/pump money into the technology/equipment of her military (stop improving military from 1979–1996 due to economy first policy). I do not know what India was doing the whole time period in very detail but it is apparently not much effective or planned ahead.I am not trying to look down on Indian but just want to let you know this cannot be judged by counting the number and from my eyes on it China is way, way ahead on military side. You cannot even compare a buy, buy and buy army with China who almost makes everything in house. My suggestion: focus on lifting up the quality and standard of living instead of maintain an offensive military force.
