Why does my belly button hurt after cleaning it?
It is very hard to clean your belly button with soap. Your belly button is the scar of the umbilical cord. Since the belly button has more sensitivity, when you press down on the inside of your belly button, you will feel a small tickle. If you press too much on the middle/inside, it hurts. If you really want to clean it, you should: 1) Get some Q-Tips, water, and tweezers. 2) Dip the Q-Tip in water and use the tweezers to stretch your belly button. Take your time or it may hurt. 3) Repeat until clean. 4) If you have some kind of belly button spray, use it now.
