Why Does My Blackberry Bold 9790 Not Receive Pictures

What are the best apps to get for your blackberry bold?

I just got a 9650 myself and love, love, LOVE IT! Here are a few of my fav apps...

Free Apps....
BlackBerry News Feeds (best RSS reader and I've tried them all)
Capture It (screen capture)
Opera Mini (browser)
Fixmo Extend (free tethering app)
SocialScope (Twitter, Facebook and Foursquare; may still require an invite)
Pageonce Personal Assistant (access bank info, email, social sites, you name it; free & paid versions)
Amazon
PayPal
NewEgg
StartMeUp (set apps to start on device resets)
Angry Farm (addicting game; free & paid versions)
Yahoo IM (if developed by RIM it uses BIS and not SMS)
BatteryBooster by S4BB (doesn't boost battery a lot, does help though and is the best I have found)
Blackberry Protect (wireless backup/restore of contacts, calendars, memos, tasks, SMS & browser bookmarks; track lost device via the website; remotely lock device, change device password or delete all data)

A couple paid that are well worth the $...
QuickLaunch (costs around $5, but is REALLY worth it)
MagicIcon (allows you to change your app icons)
PageOnce Pro (same as above with push notifications; calendar integration and more)

What's the advantage of Blackberry?

Feature #1 is security. In BlackBerry there are separate chipsets for voice calls and running apps.Blackberry is able to encrypt every channel of communication including voice calls, Internet connection and individual emails. That will never happen in Android because GMail need your email to be transferred unencrypted. Otherwise they will have no idea what AD to show you.If you loose your device, it could be erased remotely. This product is designed for business people. So all the basic functionality is superior. You can hear your party well due to high quality of hardware components.BlackBerry Hub. I have never seen anything better for texting. It consolidate your email, SMS, messenger and social accounts.Messaging is not the only type of collaboration people need for doing business. All the address books, calendars, etc. could be syncronized with wide range of corporate server software.VPN could be established to a wide variety of routers. You can get remote access to any resource in your office. You can still run Android apps in a build-in jail. You can connect your BlackBerry to a TV-set or external monitor through HDMI and show presentation at client’s office. Or just a slideshow or movie to your parents. Same content could be shared over network using DLNA protocol. Your smartphone is your media-server. Those features are not available in iPhone because they want you to purchase other Apple products. Thus BlackBerry takes best features from both Android and iOS, but it doesn’t have strings attached.

Is it worth it to get the iPhone 4s?

$80 for the phone and $50 for unlimited everything? That is actually a great deal.

Most of the people I know who are using a iPhone paid about $200+ for the phone and are stuck on a contract of around $100 or more a month and that is for one phone and does not have everything unlimited. These are AT&T/Sprint users.

I bought a iPhone off contract and use it on T-Mobile and pay $50 a month for unlimited everything, so basically your getting the same deal, but you get a phone for $80 bucks...

If you can get the iPhone for about $150 or less, then I would wait. Otherwise, take the iPhone4S. Your be happy with it... The 5 is just faster, but with the 4S you will never know the difference.. After all, do you want a phone, or a computer? which is basically what the iPhone has turned into.
