Why Does My Coach Ignore Me

Why does my coach ignore me?

So I am on a very competitive running team, and I am one of the top three cross country runners, and I have the best mile time, 800 meter time, and 400 meter time.

We have a new coach, but we all know him cause he graduated 5 years ago.

My problem is he treats me like I'm not one of the captains (even though he knows I'm one of the top people, the old coach even told him). He tries to group me with the bad runners during runs, even though all the other top people say that I'm one of the top runners to him. I'm a junior, but he treats me like a freshman. I'm very mature and would be a great captain, but he always gives the responsibilities to the other juniors in the top 3

Why is my soccer coach ignoring me? I have more experience than anybody else and he has seen me play well. He keeps ignoring me and is always putting me as an emergency.

Maybe he wants to give the other players a chance and keep you in reserve as a ace up his sleeve kinda player.Maybe you’re not that good as you think, maybe you annoyed him.Talk to him, the internet can’t answer these kind of questions.

Why does my coach ignore me?

I play football for my high school at half-back. We play the wish bone offense so we have 2 starting half-backs and a full back. Our full back got hurt so our right side half back went to full back and he sends a sophomore to start the right side when i am a senior. During games we have 2 half-backs that start and one that rotates in. During our practice today the JV kids were getting ready for the game and i was the 3rd half-back. A kid asks him why aren't we rotating people in and out he responds "i don't have a half-back to rotate in," when i was standing next to him the whole time. I have a real passion for football and i believe if i get put in just once i could be great. There is something inside me that thinks i have the ability to be one of the best half-backs in my conference. I work my *** off in practice and i don't mess up on plays. I am stuck on what i should do next because he keeps putting other half-backs in my spot to avoid me from starting or getting rotated in.

Why does he do this to me?

Is my teacher ignoring me?

I was really good friends with my maths teacher last year. He was also my science and athletics coach. We always used to talk and joke to each other, I was probably his favorite student. He is not my teacher for anything this year. I see him around school sometimes and say hi, he just ignores me and doesn't reply. It's gotten worse now because now whenever he see me he turns in the opposite direction. It's really bugging me coz I just want to see how he's going.

Why do NFL coaches call every play and not give the freedom to the Quarterbacks?

There are a lot of factors in play, but the short answer is that the NFL coaches have more information than the QBs. There are several coaches on each side that specialize in just one area (offensive line play, defensive secondary coverage) and these coaches converse with the head coach and share their observations. Some of these coaches are sitting high above the field, and have a perspective of the game flow that may not be apparent to the people on the field. Sometimes the head coach calls the plays, more often it is his first lieutenants, the offensive and defensive coordinators. QBs are called upon to make some decisions, such as whether to hand the ball off or keep it themselves, or whether to pass to a particular receiver or another. Generally, these decisions can't be made until the play commences, so the QB has to use his best judgment (ignoring the fact that coach's radio transmissions to the QB are cut off shortly before the snap, there wouldn't be time to listen and react in any case). QBs are sometimes given the opportunity to "audible", and to change the play depending on what he sees just before the play starts. The new play would be one of a handful that the team has prepared for contingencies.Even now, there are occasional instances of a QB rejecting a called play and substituting his own (the QB is the only offensive player who has a radio receiver in his helmet, so it is his job to relay the call to the team, even if it's not of his choosing), but any QB who does this is likely to end up in the doghouse even if the substituted play succeeds. Football is a very complex game and coordinating a squad of 11 players is tremendously difficult. No one given that responsibility has any tolerance for players "freelancing", even if it seems to work out in the short term.

What could be a reason my coaches don't view me as well as my classmates in basketball?

Let me give you some advice. One of the first things that your learn about any team sports is that your coach is the one that makes the final decisions regarding the team and accepting this is an important part of becoming a mature team player. I aM assuming from your comment that you know more about basketball than your coach and I highly doubt that and if you continue to question your coaches decisions, you will run into more problems that you would ever want to. Do you ever seen any professional players questioning the decisions of their coach?Go talk to you coach and ask him or her, what can I do to become as good as a player or better than my friend so that you can learn how to become the best player that you can be. Your coach is there to help you learn how to be a better player for his or her team.

Hi! Why does my gym teacher stare at me all the time?

OK Listen. You need to be careful. Don't go alone with him anywhere. Don't go into his office by urself nothing. It's not annoying it's wrong. Grown man shouldn't be touching no 13 year old girls. I'm sure you don't see anything by it but it is wrong and if you find out he's been touching any other girls in your class you have to go to the principal or your parents or the POLICE ok. Do not let this guy touch you in anyway you got it. TELL YOUR PARENTS RIGHT AWAY OK. Let them atleast know what you think is going on.

I hate my wrestling coach, what to do help?

So yesterday there was a var and jv tournament at my highschool. Due to some unfortuanate events I got to school late. But the tournament hadnt even started yet it was still pretty early. Im in var and my head coach didnt even want to talk to me. he didnt want me to wrestle in the dual tournament. my other coach wanted me to wrestle and put me in jv and I dominated and got first without breaking a sweat. I dont even want to see my headcoach anymore what a douche. I cant stand him. I absolutely never liked him. I love wrestling and I love my team but I hate my coach. I want to go to practice but I dont want to see him anymore. What should I do. Transfer schools next year? My senior year? I want nothing to do with him. I cant stand him
