Why does my cell phone keep randomly turning off?
My phone does that all the time. it gets annoying i know. But i dropped mine in the pool so that may have to do with something. it usually does. Take the battery out and you will see a dot somewhere and if it is fully red then you have severe water damage and you probably need to get that checked out. But i have had my verizon phone for a year now and it is fine. I just choose to save money. If it isn't red, then it is fine. Verizon phones tend to do that all the time. hope that helps :)

What are the two white dots? (Top left corner of iPhone 5s)?
I had my flashlight on my phone, but I didn't turn my phone off so my screen was still interacting with my hand. After I was finished with my flashlight, I turned my phone off and then on and these two dots appeared on my lock screen. They're also present in ever app and page of my phone, they rotate with my phone , and they loose brightness if I turn my brightness down. Did I hit something? How do I get rid of them? Help!
