What is the reason why the back left side of my head hurts?

I am writing this based on 30 years of my own experience of reducing migraine headaches sans medicines. So, this is a proven method, which can be used by all migraine-affected people, with zero side effects. It reduces the frequency of migraine attacks substantially, for sure. Here is my simple but very very effective remedy to prevent/reduce migraine headaches:always cover your eyes with a good-quality pair of sunglasses & also cover your head with a comfortable cap/hat, whenever you go out in the sun/in any kind of glare. Wear the sun-glasses & the cap/hat all the time when you are outdoors, or when you feel that the glare is too much to bear;Eat something at your daily-intake times, without exceptions. What you eat & how much you eat is secondary. What is vital is to feed your stomach at regular intervals, or at/around the time you normally consume food everyday. This eradicates the ill-effects of bile & prevents headaches;Do not keep awake late at night. Ideally, a 11 pm to 6 am sleep is desirable. Also, try to stick to your daily routine, to the extent feasible & avoid erratic daily routines as far as you can;Keep stress as low/less as feasible. Try your best & then, accept the results coolly. Worrying over what is beyond your control is a invitation to migraine headaches;Have more fruits, salads, nuts & other natural foods. Avoid processed/non-veg./fried foods, or consume as less of it as may be possible; For peace of mind, do meditation (focus on breathing) daily, morning & night. Vipassana meditation is very good;Keep this attitude as regards the results, after putting in your best efforts: 0% expectations & 100% acceptance. This will reduce stress & thus, reduce the frequency & intensity of headaches. Do your best & then, accept the outcome with grace & equanimity. This attitude will reduce headaches.

Why does the left-bottom side of my teeth hurt, especially at the back?

When you say that your tooth hurts, do you mean sensitivity or pain? Is there caries (cavities or decay) in the tooth in question? If the tooth is sensitive to thermal (hot/cold) stimuli and free of caries, then most probably (without seeing your teeth clinically) I say that your tooth might be having an occlusal facet, i.e., the enamel being worn out; exposing the underlying Dentin. In such cases, using a sensitive toothpaste (novamin or potassium nitrate containing) can bring relief. Apply a little amount of paste onto the offending tooth. Let it remain for 3–5 min, then brush your teeth. 2–3 months time period is needed for the effect to be seen. But in your case, as it's not been healed, then a restoration/filling is needed. Now, if there's a caries/decay in your tooth, there'll be pain. If there's pain to cold stimulus then a restoration would do. If there's pain to hot stimulus, lingering pain even after removal of stimulus, sudden and constant pain, pain on lying down, then caries might have caused an irreversible damage to the pulp; and the tooth requires a root canal treatment (rct).Visit a dentist still. A proper check up is needed.Ps- Any problem with sweet food?

Why does the upper right side of my back hurt?

Upper and middle back pain can occur anywhere from the base of your neck to the bottom of your rib cage .Your ribs attach to a long, flat bone in the center of the chest called the sternum and attach to and wrap around your back. If a nerve in this area is pinched, irritated, or injured, you may also feel pain in other places where the nerve travels, such as your arms, legs, chest, and belly. The upper and middle back (called the thoracic spine) has:12 vertebrae. These bones attach to your rib cage. They make up the longest part of your back.Discs that separate each vertebra and absorb shock as you move.Muscles and ligaments that hold the spine together.See a picture of the spine .Upper and middle back pain is not as common as low back pain or neck pain, because the bones in this area of the back don't flex or move as much as the bones in your lower back or neck. Instead, they work with the ribs to keep the back stable and help protect vital organs, such as the heart and lungs. What causes upper and middle back pain?Upper and middle back pain may be caused by:Overuse, muscle strain, or injury to the muscles, ligaments, and discs that support your spine.Poor posture.Pressure on the spinal nervesspinal nerves from certain problems, such as a herniated disc.A fracture of one of the vertebrae.OsteoarthritisOsteoarthritis caused by the breakdown of cartilage that cushions the small facet joints in the spine.Myofascial painMyofascial pain that affects the connective tissue of a muscle or group of muscles. In rare cases, pain may be caused by other problems, such as gallbladder disease, cancer, or an infection.

Why does the top left of my head hurt when i yawn?

The muscles in your neck are tight and, because they go to the top of your head for it's movements, they are affected by the yawning when they are tight. You have to release the muscles in your neck to get rid of that pain and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

The right side of my lower back hurts occasionally. Why?

My back pain is usually linked to having to either sit down or stand for long periods of time. You got to remember that even though you might not be active are moving around too much, that you can get back pain that could last for weeks. To me, when the pain hits and you are trying to figure out why you are in pain, just keep a couple Back Patch - Absorbine Jr around in your locker and at the house. I like this one because its the biggest patch with a warming effect that is able to target the deep seated aches that have to do with activity induced pain. This would probably work really well for you if the pain is occasional. The other patch which is the Ultra Strength Pain Patch - Absorbine Jr, made for extreme pain areas that are in a certain spot, then this cooling effect patch works quite well for areas that have intense pain. Look into ways to relief it fast and be happy that its only occasional. Some people deal with it all their life.

Why do my sides hurt when I sleep on my back?

Often this happens because of a tight Psoas muscle. You can learn more about it online and how to relax it in a variety of ways. The Psoas muscle is one that has a difficult time recovering from trauma. If you have ever had an accident in a car, bicycle, etc. it will become tense and pull your hips out of alignment. Also, if you tense up in your stomach area when you are uncomfortable emotionally or concentrating with tense body posture.I notice mine when I lay down at the end of the day. I find the Psoas, as best I can near my hips, and at the moment I touch it there is sensitivity. Now that I know how to release it, which I discovered from a chiropractor, it is a great feeling because it’s one of those muscles that releases instantly.I spent a lot of time trying to discover the source. I eventually learned that from a chiropractor, who had a message therapist on hand, gave me a message and then crack my hip back into alignment. It was worth it!
