10 POINTS! My boyfriend doesn't want to keep picking me up?
I live about 10 miles from my boyfriend (20 minute drive) and he usually drives 10 miles to pick me up, drive 10 miles back to his place with me. When I'm ready to go home, he drives 10 miles to drop me off and then 10 miles back to his place. So he drives a total of about 40 miles every time we hang out. I don't have a car. I could use my parents' old nasty minivan but I'd have to buy a parking permit so that I can park on the street downtown (where he lives) for an extended period of time. Or I could take the bus which would take about 45 minutes and cost 5$ every time I see him. I understand his point of view. What's going on is very impractical. But my mother says she'd be a bit put off if she was me. She said, "No one has ever told me that I'm too much of a hassle to pick up. If a guy wanted to date me enough, he'd come get me." My boyfriend DOES keep getting me and I think he's willing to continue but he's not happy about it. Mostly because he doesn't want to drive his car that much. What do you think? What should I do? Do you think he is being disrespectful by not wanting to get me so much?

Alright, I’ll lay it down if you listen. When I was 15, I found the girl or “my dreams”. She was hot, sexy and loved everything I enjoyed. We dated for 5 months and was truly my first love. She ended up cheating on me and we broke up. I dated around and couldn’t find anyway like her so we got back together. She cheated on me again. When I was 17, I had my first mature love relationship. She was exactly like me in every way. We laughed, partied, loved the same bands, same activities and we were perfect. We dated for 2 years and I wanted to make babies and marry this girl. After 2 years, she cheated on me and had been for quite some time. I was single, suicidal and depressed at 19. I drank heavily every night and couldn’t hang out with friends because I would be the bump on a log. I thought that I would never meet another girl like her. Every girl I met I would stop talking to after a week or two, no one could compare to my ex. I got a job at Marie Calendars. I used to ask the girl at the front register to hook me up with all the other girls who worked there. She did, but it would never work out. One night, I came in for my shift and noticed the that girl at the register crying. I came up to her to ask if everything was alright and when she looked up at me, I can’t describe it but her eyes blew me away. I instantly felt this feeling I never felt before (I’m actually getting goose bumps talking about it). She told me she had just gotten cheated on by her boyfriend. I immediately asked her if we couldn’t go on a friends date to cheer each other up. 6 years later, we are now engaged, getting married next year. I never thought I’d meet another girl like my ex, I never did, but I found someone that loves me and takes care of me like no one else. Ya, we have our ups and downs, I wish she gave me more *** sometimes, but you have to let go of all expectations, cause you might just pass up the perfect girl for you. My advice, take your time.
