Why Has My Screen Gone Blurry And Bigger

My screen is all blurry?? I hit a wrong button?

So earlier today I must have hit a wrong button on the right, bottom side of my computer. I was typing something and drinking water in my other hand and some water spilled on me and then my hand that was typing hit like 3 or 4 keys and now my screen is all blurry. Yes, I know the Ctrl + the plus or minus sign to make the screen bigger or smaller and that isn't the problem. All the words and stuff are blurry, and it's irritating. Oh, and btw, the keys that are on the right bottom are: Enter, Shift, Ctrl, FN, Alt, arrow keys, and the the keypad. Please help I just got this laptop a few months ago and I don't want it to be like this forever.

Which colors make your screen look bigger?

You know, that some colour visually makes your screen look bigger, some makes it look smaller, so which ar which? it works on the telephones etc. the same, some colors make them look bigger, some smaller.

How can I fix a blurry computer screen easily?

First of all to fix that problem you need to know what really causes it. The common causes of a blurry screen include the followingSetting the screen resolution lower than what is recommendedNot having graphics(video card) drivers installed on your PCLoose VGA-monitor connection for cases of desk topsFaulty screenFaulty video card(display adapter)There could be other reasons that cause a blurry screen but those are the most common ones . To know the cause of your problem will require troubleshooting first. For example you can start with adjusting the screen resolution settings and see if that fixes your problem. If it doesn’t then update your graphics drivers.Next make sure your VGA cable is properly connected to the monitor. Is that doesn’t workThen you can try connecting your CPU to another monitor and see it the display is clear. If the display is clear with another monitor then chances are high that your monitor is the cause of the problem. But if the display is still blurred then your display adapter is most likely the cause of problem.

Why are Youtube videos blurry in full-screen mode now?

NO! I have this problem too!
When I make you tube videos full screen the resolution all bad...
You people are so stupid and don't read....
The video itself is not affected.... but the controls for the video used to be nice and small at the bottom of the screen... but now... the controls for the video look like I have my resolution set to like 640x800 or something... horrible.... The video is okay but the controls for the video are extra large, huge and fuzzy.... the reason they are fuzzy is because the resolution is turned way up on them for some reason....

Also...
The "Press 'esc' to exit full screen" message that you usually get is now extremely large on my screen when I initiate full screen.....
ONLY YOU TUBE for me and NO other sites affected....
I have dual monitors but I don't think that's the problem...

My computer monitor screen is blurry with lines and strange colors...?

Seems to me it could be two things, one, it could be a driver problem, two, it could be that your video card has went bad. I have seen both things happen. (In fact my 3 month old video card just had to be replaced because of this).

First, try the drivers, I will assume you have either a Radeon or an Nvidia graphics card. If you can't see the screen to look at settings, try to boot into safe mode. As soon as you turn the PC on, continue to keep pressing F8 until you get the safe mode menu, select safe mode and let it boot.

If things look ok in safe mode, it is a good bet it is the drivers. Go into control panel, click add or remove programs (Programs and features, uninstall a program in win 7). Find your video card drivers, Nvidia or ATI Radeon, and uninstall them. Then reboot into Windows regular. The computer will use a basic driver for video. If the lines and strange colors go away, it was probably the drivers. If not, it is probably a bad video card.

If things look fine, go to your manufactures website (Nvidia or Radeon) and down load the latest drivers for your video card. If it is an HP or Dell or a brand name like that, you can probably find the info and the drivers on their website. Go to their support page, enter what type of PC you have, and download the Video drivers.

Feel free to send an email.

Good Luck.
