Why won't my iPad update? It's stuck on version 9.35 and I can't download any apps because it requires version 10 or later.
Older hardware cannot update beyond a certain iOS as the processor would be too slow. This applies to old iPhones, iPads and iPods. I have different iPods with different ages and they all max out at different versions of iOS.

You most likely have an iPad first generation (the one Steve Jobs iconically holds up on stage in 2010). That means it CANNOT be upgraded past iOS 5.1. As it has only 256 MB of RAM, it simply would be unable to function on more modern iOS versions. Sorry, but a 6 year old device is just not going to be that functional.You absolutely can jailbreak it, however that will not help you get apps. Think of it this way. In the best possible scenario, any app that existed in 2010 will work on that iPad. However it will be VERY outdated, having had oodles of updates since then that make it much easier to use. And often I find that web-based apps (like Quora, for example) just don’t work at all. Because so few people use old versions of iOS, developers have little incentive to even allow customers with those devices to continue using their service. Therefore, with apps like Quora, upon first start they will say something along the lines of “Sorry, this version is no longer supported. Please update to continue.” However you cannot update because the update probably requires a newer version of iOS and you cannot update your iOS version.Sorry. You just can’t. If you prefer to use devices that will stay supported by the developer community longer, switch to an Android tablet. The Samsung Tab S2 is decently cheap now.
Why won't the weather channel app update on my iPhone?
Try enabling Background App Refresh by going to Settings>General>Background App Refresh, under it, look for the app on the list and enable it (also enable Background App Refresh if disabled) then go to Privacy>Location Services and then enable the weather app you are using. If you have already done these, try reinstalling the app.
I cant find my iTunes App on my iPad?
I am answering this from my own iPad (we r so coolz). I don't know why you wouldn't have the app predowloaded onto your iPad, because I see it on the homepage of mine. If you don't see the big purple logo, which probably isn't there, then plug your iPad into your computer, go to iTunes from there, and restore your device. This will make your iPad go back to default settings. That should fix your problem!
Why can't i download musical.ly on my iPad?
Go to the App Store, type in Musical.ly in the search bar, press done, then at the top press it has 2 options IPad Only and IPhone only, click iPhone only and it should pop up

19 months late answer, but I know your issue. Unfortunately "update all" cannot be stopped. But there is a workaround. But first to the other folks: No, AppStore does not ask for password, after the first time for like 15 minutes. If in that window, you press "Update all", they will all start updating without prompting. Please do not find fault with the asker without understanding the question. The workaround is only to get your old versions back. Make sure you sync AND backup every night, and then restore from the last backup, if you do not want all new versions of your apps. Hope this answer helps someone.Updated 3/21/2015:If some one is till stuck with this issue, Apple seem to have provided a workaround but it is not widely know. Try these steps- Turn on airplay mode (or turn off wifi)- Press the circle with the square inside, for each app that is updating. This will stop the update NOT pause it. Now you can open your app and verify that is still the old version.Apple updated iOS to NOT replace an app until download and install of an app is completed. You can verify this by trying to update an App that you are using, and see that iOS still allows you to use the app while updating.And remember to turn off airplay mode (or turn on wifi) to use your device again.

The crackle App is there ready for me to download! Well.. When click on it and I expand the screen on the pad you kno how some say the price and some have the "free" button?.. This one is like being pushed down already, therefore unable to click. I also noticed a small cross or "plus" sign on the "free" button, I'd also like to know what does that mean if one of you could be so kind and generous.
