Do you like the old Star Wars story of what occurred after Episode VI or do you like the Disney adaptations?
I love the old movies, like pretty much every Star Wars fan.I loved the story of the prequel trilogy (even if many people didn’t). I watched them as a kid and teenager so I was not that picky about the story and the (terrible) dialogues.I was OK with Episode 7, even though something was missings.I really loved Rogue One, I consider it as part of the original movies.Episode 8 was terrible because it was so inconsistent with every single movie done before. I lost interest in Star Wars after watching it. I haven’t watched Solo yet (waiting to download it for free) and I have no plans to watch 9, even for free.
Will Disney save Star Wars?
Years ago there were some people saying they thought Peter Jackson should direct any new Star Wars movies if they did happen...His work on the J.R.R. Tolkien movies were great so I think I would agree he could really add some magic to Star Wars that was lacking some in episodes 1, 2, and 3...what do you think?
Why doesn’t Disney make a Star Wars movie including clones?
Because Disney is afraid of touching the prequels.They're afraid that eitherA. They make a movie/show during the prequel era, nobody will even bother to watch it because of what happened with episodes 1–3.B. They make a movie/show and people watch it, but hates it as much as they did with episodes 1–3.Basically, it's about money.Don't get me wrong, I love the original timeline, but it's been milked to much that I find it boring.In my opinion, the prequels weren't even that bad (compared to the likes of episode 8 and Solo). I actually find the Clone Wars far more interesting and exciting than the Galactic Civil War.That's why I loved the Clone Wars series so much.Just the wars alone were so much better. Clones and Jedi fighting alongside against the Separatist Droid Army. Imagine that on the big screen again.Yes please.
