Why Is Does My Stomach Stick Out And Hard

Why does my stomach stick out after I eat?

Our stomach, an organ that is highly-abused, yet rarely heard to complain, holds in a relaxed state about 750 ml. (Coincidentally, this is exactly the size of a regular bottle of Shiraz or Zinfandel, just in case you ever wondered why; I will allow a token score of 0.1 for the intelligent-design fraternity!).However, this wretched organ is frequently brought to its normal “full” capacity of about a litre (roughly a “quart” in the USA) several times a day in areas of the world where food is abundant, and can be stretched to a further three or four times through self-forced-feeding, especially where people have far more food than good sense about what to do with it.This adaptability, however, is not without consequences. Pathologically-obese individuals are at high risk for diabetes II, a wide range of cardio-vascular conditions, strokes, several cancers affecting the alimentary canal, osteoarthritis, other musculo-skeletal disorders and disabilities, as well as loss of years of life. There are six causes of abdominal distention that begin with “F”. Be aware of them all, but especially beware too much of the first two! …. fat, food, feces, flatus, fluid, fetus, …..Here’s some light reading along the same line, if you can stomach it….Stomach Capacity in Obese Individuals

Why does my stomach stick out?

It's just genetics, some peoples' fat go to one place more than the other (e.g. fat lower body, skinny upperbody).

Don't listen to pokemon master, crunches and sit ups will NOT burn the fat there.
Muscle is muscle and fat is fat, you won't burn the fat by working out the muscle. The only way to burn fat is to get the heart rate up (doing cardio, something like running, swimming, skipping rope, bike riding, etc.) You can't target fat, if you are to lose fat, it will lose all over your body, it won't focus on the area you are using in the cardio.
Sit ups will only build muscle in your stomach, the fat will remain.

Why does my stomach stick out so much when I relax?

The measurement you have taken is presumably the waist circumference, the waist circumference changes according to how deep you breath.before arriving to the main aspect of your question, there are 2 kinds of fat around the abdomen or belly region:1.subcutaneous fat2.visceral fatwhen you contract your abdominal muscles they in-turn apply pressure inside the abdomen trying to distribute the underlying fat into free spaces, there by giving an illusion that you have a possibility of  flat stomach. Now the solution to this problem is 1.exercise predominantly cardio2.diet restriction - low carbs+high proteins+high polyunsaturated fatty acid(wild salmon, tuna, peanut butter, soy beans, olive oil)+high dietary fibers(usually leafy vegetables, lettuce and salads)About the hip to waist ratio normal values are women:<0.8  ; men<0.9;http://www.dgsp.de/_downloads/al... .disclaimer: pictures are from google, any typing errors kindly notify me.

Why does my stomach hurt after eating?

If your stomach aches persist, ask for a gastroscopy where they look inside your esophagus, stomach and first part of your small bowels, the duodenum, to rule out ulcers (unlikely since nexium didn't help), cancer, inflammation. The abdominal echography being OK is important, but not suitable to examine your stomach, that's what the gastroscopy is for.  Normal blood test results are nice to know, usually these aren't informative. It still can be an Irritable bowel syndrome for which often extra food fiber in your food, and a low FODMAP diet can be helpfulYou can try this which is not very hard to do while awaiting the planned medical consultation.

I have a stomach that is sticking out. What should I do?

Eat tons of food and drink a lot of fainting soda… Okay maybe not if your goal is to get rid of the belly fat. If you are trying to get rid of the dreaded belly fat, than there are some things you can do to get rid of it.Have a controlled diet.If you are trying to get rid of that belly fat, then it is best to start of with a controlled diet. Find one that fits you, were all different in body type, so there really is no one meal plan that fits all. Some people will think that, but that’s simply not true.Pay attention to the type of food you are eating. If you are eating the most fating food while trying to loose weight, you are gonna fail miserably. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables, along with some orange juice. Try to add some carbs and some meat tho, try to keep it balanced. You can have cheat days once in a while tho.Do cardioDoing cardio helps you burn that fat more easily. Not all types of cardio can help everyone, tho. Some people need it in different amounts and different times of the day. but it can help. The best cardio that I find is to go swimming. When your swimming, you use your entire body to work out, not just a group or one type.Get some muscleThe reason why I say get some muscle, is because, having muscle makes you’re body burn calories at a faster rate when you do cardio. Also after a good hard intince weight lifting session (don’t push your self too hard tho due to the risk of injury) you’re body would still be burning calories after you went home. The reason is because your body is burning energy to restore your muscles.Hope this helped :)

When I get a hard-on, why does my penis stick up toward my bellybutton?

a penis can be at many angles when erect, some boys have erections that point straight up to the navel , other have 45 degree erection which point about half ay up, it really doesn't matter, it has to do with blood flow and the muscle and ligament around your penis. when i was a teen mine was like yours but some of my friends did stick up that much, enjoy it

Why does my stomach stick out even though I am hammering the core exercises every day?

I used to have a similar problem. Developing good ABS can be difficult as hell ;) especially for men. Unfortunately most of the people think that ABS are developed in a different way than the rest of muslces, but the same rules which works while working out chest and back can be applied to ABS. You can wonder what I mean by that. The point is that usually we do 3,4 series with 8,10,12 repetitions each while working out whole body but ABS.I do not know why, but majority of people somehow assume that during abs workout we should do much more series and repetitions. This assumption is wrong. Stomach is developing its muslecles in the same way as the rest of the body. When you will be next time at the gym. Choose 3 or 4 exercisec for abs. Make sure that each part of your stomach will be trained so choose your exercises wisely. Then do 3 or 4 series each with 12 repetitions. Don’t be afraid to use weights. ABS also need some extra weight to grow. I think that should help at least it did in my caseAnother problem can be in your diet. Is your diet clean?

I'm skinny but my stomach sticks out.. ?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! Your stomach would be flatter and stronger.
Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I feel like something is sticking out of my stomach. What could it be?

So, I had a baby in July and since then, when I lay down, I can feel something hard sticking out of my stomach. It is just barely under my belly button in the center of my stomach. If I press down on it really hard, I can feel it move to another place (little it slips into position somewhere else) and then it doesn't stick out any more. What is going on? Is it that my internal organs in a different place now because they got moved around because of pregnancy? Is it a growth of some sort? I'm a healthy person. I'm in my late 20s and I do cardio 3-4 times a week and strength training 3 times a week too. I'm at a healthy weight, my BMI is 22%. I feel really good. This stomach thing is just a little concerning. Anyone have any answers? I'm thinking about going to my doctor but I don't want to annoy her if it is something normal for women after pregnancy (I really hate going to the doctor even though she is really nice). I'm sorry, this question is a little gross and weird but I'm grateful to any light you might be able to shed on the subject. Thanks! :)
