Why would a girl have more guy friends than gal friends?
I know this girl and she has more guy friends than girl friends.I find this very odd. My first assumption was that the guys at her school all wanted to be her friend because she is very beautiful. Of course what guy wouldnt. But this girl is also very weak willed. She copies every girl she sees and only appreciates compliments of the people at her school never from her family. She also only listens to the advice of her friends and barely family. But to be friends with every boy she meets is very odd. I also asked this girl if she had any enemies and she said "yes". She said there were a couple girls at school that hated her and kept talking behind her back. My guess was because the girls thought she was sucking up to the boy population of the school. Dont get me wrong this girl is no whore. She came from overseas at a young age and her parents have raised her as if she was still living overseas so I think that being in the U.S. it is very easy to get confused as to what the culture is. I'm not saying its bad for a girl to have more guy friends and girl friends. It's just odd to me and its something I don't really understand. Why would a girl have more guy friends than girl friends?
Why do girls like to have "guy" friends?
Well it is quite hard for girls to understand how guys think at times. To know how much they can trust guys, what guys get attracted to, what guys like and dislike, why guys do certain things that can be hurtful to girls etc. Having a guy friend means you have someone from the other side telling you what's going on there! If it wasn't because of my guy friends I would probably not know much about guys and their way of thinking and when I'm in a relationship having this knowledge can help improve my relationship with my boyfriend/husband. It is really not good for males and females to be like aliens to each other, and obviously the only way to know each other is to be friends! Also guy friends give girls a sense of security that can sometimes be missing from friendships between girls. Girls can easily become jealous of each other or do or say things that can affect their friends' self confidence (e.g. brag about how many guys like them etc). Guy friends, on the other hand, often boost girls' confidence by telling them that they are lovable and attractive. Since that guy is 'just a friend' the girl is most likely not attracted to him (although might love him dearly as a friend), and that means she can be comfortable enough with him to show her real self without fear of rejection.
As a girl, why is it so hard to be only friends with guys?
All guys tend to have a problem separating close relationship from sexual attraction. They younger a guy is the more difficult a time that he likely has being close to a girl he is physically attracted knowing there is a barrier to the relationship being anything more, which can be very frustrating for guys. I tend to agree with the other answers that suggest you find some gay guys if you need to have guy friends.
Is it normal to have all guy friends if ur a girl?
First of all - you're welcome @ answering your "weird fact" question, lol. Well, I guess it's alright if you are a girl and have all guy friends as long as it's alright that I am a guy and have all girl friends, which I do. Nothing wrong with it...afterall, It's not like you will be marrying a girl, so why would you NEED girl friends in your life (unless you are a lesbian, in which case nothing changes). I'm not predjudice, so it is alright if I use this word freely. :-p
Guys opinions on girls with a lot of guy friends?
First off, get over your ego. Just because she has a lot of guy friends is meaningless. If she wants to be with you, she will just be with you. If you force her to get rid of her guy friends to be with you, surprise she will drop you too. You have to understand that women are not like men...men tend to not have a lot of women friends because of the way we act. Her having a lot of guy friends does not make her a slut or easy, it just means that she probably does not get along with women. Women can be catty and back stabbers. Unlike men they are not trustworthy and tell it like it is. They will use the bad stuff that they know about other women against them.
I don't have guy friends at all (I only have very few girl friends) I'm a girl in my second year of college how can I make friends especially guy friends( I really think that guys only appreciate a girl because of her good appearance)?

Can a pretty girl have guy friends who JUST see her as a friend?
If a girl is attractive, guys will always want something more than friendship. It just how guys are, it goes the same for girls too. If you want guy friends that only want to be friends, either find guys that don't date the type of person you are or guy's that are already taken, and are commited to their relationships. It's extremly hard to ignore a pretty girl, and just be "friends." But there's guys out there, just try looking a bit harder. Or tell them you're already in a relationship, so they won't even try to take it further.
If your Girlfriend has Guy friends, does it matter?
honestly from a guys perspective, it does make me a little jealous so to speak if my girlfriend is hanging out with other guys, but if your boyfriend trusts you then all he should feel is jealousy...Try having your boyfriend hang out with your guy friends so they can get to know eachother or w/e... I just try to trust my GF, but i'm not saying I don't get that |what if| feeling...Guys feel the same way as a girl would if your boyfriend is hanging out with his lady friends, you know?
