Why Is My Custom Cursor Repeating

I have windows My blinking cursor was thin, now its fat.. How do I change this fat cursor to a thin one?

How do you change your cursor?

1) In Control Panel, open your Mouse icon.

2) Choose the pointers tab, and select the cursor you want to change.

3) Select the browse button. You should now be in your cursor directory. (If not, take a detour to Explorer or My Computer and your Windows directory, arrange files by type, and look for files ending with .cur (and if you wish, .ani for animated. Move them into a subdirectory called cursors).

4) Choose the cursor you wish to use to replace the one you already have, then click open.

5) Repeat this procedure for any other cursor you wish to change.

6) Once you have made your selection, click the SAVE AS button, give your new scheme a name, and save it.

Recall/Repeat last command in Maple?

In a regular Maple worksheet, the up arrow doesn't work that way---it does in Matlab, so I know what you mean.

However, in Maple, you are not restricted to a single command line. You can go up to any previous line and execute it again with or without editing by simply hitting . You can go back to any line of code in the whole worksheet.

For example, if you set "x:= 2" and execute 10 lines of subsequent code, then decide you want to run them with x = 2.1 instead, just scroll up or place the cursor with your mouse and change the 2 to 2.1, and then just hit enter for each command line. Everything you've typed will still be there and will be executed anew with any new numbers in memory.

How can I customize these “special hotkeys” in Siemens NX?

To change or assign shortcut keys or accelerators in NX, you need to first open the Customize dialog box. For that, you can go to Tools-Customize. But as you seemed to be a shortcut key lover like me, I would recommend you to use Ctrl+1 to go there quickly. Now, click the Keyboard button. The Customize Keyboard dialog box appears. It is divided into two main sections:Specify a command – Contains the Categories and Commands list boxes. The Categories list box shows menu bar items. Navigate to the menu item you want to customize. The Commands list box shows both the command name and ID corresponding to the selected item in the Categories list.Specify keyboard sequence – Lets you customize your accelerator.Hope this helpsBest luck.
