Why am I only seeing 1 months worth of e-mail when searching inbox and why can't I fix the number of E-mails viewed at a time?-?
I continue to search my inbox for particular messages as I am trying to clean out my box. In the past I could search for a sender and it would show all the messages from that person regardless of the date. Not anymore-now I can only see 1 or 2 months based on the filter. And why can't I choose how many e-mails to appear on a page i.e I used to have 200. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
How to make new emails appear in bold?
My email completely changed look in the last 24 hours. Now unread emails do not appear bold. Instead they only have a little green dot next to them which I know will make me miss important emails as it is very inconspicuous. Is there a way to make unread emails appear in bold font in your inbox? Thanks
How to sort Yahoo Mail inbox by sender?
i have found three ways to sort by sender. One is, type their name into the search bar. The second is, while the message list is displayed, hover over the message line. Part of the sender's name will be replaced with 3 icons, the first one - furthest to the left - will be a magnifying glass. Click the magnifying glass to display a list of emails from that Sender. For the third option you will need to disable the Conversations feature. Conversations is when Yahoo groups or threads multiple emails together into one email. To disable this feature: Hover over the gear icon in the upper-right corner Select Settings From the list on the left, select Viewing email Locate Enable Conversations and uncheck the box to disable this feature Click Save After you do that, you can click View and a menu will appear with an option to Sort by Sender. View is located at the right side of the compose bar. Note: You must first disable the Conversations feature or nothing will happen when you click View. Why is the text of some messages sent from AOL invisible in Yahoo Mail?
Your PC needs encoding. = Select any email where the header information is displayed, but there is nothing in the "body" of the message where you would expect to find text, etc. Move your mouse to the area of the expected "body" of the message and right-click...on the menu that appears, click on "Encoding"...on the menu that appears, if "Auto Select" has a check mark, leave it as is...if not click "Auto Select"; then this menu will disappear...right click again in the "body" to cause the same menu to display again...then click on "Western European (Windows)"...you should now be able to view the "body" of all messages that you couldn't view before...obviously, if the problem somehow occurs again, do the same procedure described above again. I have no idea how or why these settings get "changed" or "corrupted" after everyday use, but apparently they sometimes do.
Why old emails listed first in my inbox?

Delete the browsing history, clear the cookies & cache; turn-off the computer and turn it on... see if that helps any!! Also, change your web browser and see if it works! Hi, a) If you are on BASIC version (where you see 25 emails per page), emails are set from old date by default. You can click on the down-arrow located next to "ASCENDING ORDER", then click on APPLY. You will see new emails on top. Once, you change to a different folder, emails will be switched to the default setting again. b) If you are on All NEW Mail, a simple setting change will modify this.
