Why Is My Ipad Doing This

Why does my iPad keep crashing?

You could try switching it off and back on the hard way. What you have to do is hold the power off button until a red bar or something comes at the top, and slide it across. Then you just wait for it to turn off. After that, just check its off by pressing the home button once. If its off, then hold the power button again, until the apple logo comes up. Just leave it again until the home screen comes up. Try opening up an app and it should work.

Why does my iPad take so long to charge?

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

And this - Unplug the charger from the iPad and then replug. May resume charging.

Or - Recalibrate the battery. See link below.

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.

Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

Why is my iPad 2 email not updating?

I have had this problem since iOS 8 was released. I can be reliable for days and then things get wonky until I power off and reboot. I just installed the latest bug-fix update a day ago and it has been more stable. But I recommend to Contact official Help desk for quick resolutionHere is what I would do if my iPad email won’t update:Attach it to the computer and back it up in iTunes.Try to update it within iTunes. If that didn’t work, I’d try a factory restore. If that didn’t work, I’d take it to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Repair Center.Macintosh - WikipediaHope it helps.

Why does a web page keep reloading on my iPad?

Possibly because your RAM is filled up. In most devices webpages are downloaded from the Internet and stored in the device RAM. Obviously, RAM is also needed by iOS (in case of the iPad) for more sensitive tasks than storing webpages. So, to make space for these tasks, iOS frees up RAM by deleting unessential data, of which, unfortunately, webpages are a part. Hence, your iPad need to reload these pages constantly, fetching them again from the InternetFollow these steps to free your RAM.Press and Hold the Power/Lock button of your iPad till you get the *“Slide to power off” option. Then release the Power/Home button and press the Home button till that* screen disappears.Your done. Your RAM will be cleared. Remember to save your data before doing this. You might lose unsaved data. This step is to be perform from Home Screen. It won't work from Lock Screen.

My mom hid my iPad? How do I find it?

My mom took away my ipad cuz she thinks its distracting me. Even though Im still allowed to use the computer. Now not only is my ipad a source of entertainment, but its also the only way I can keep in touch with friends. Also, I need my ipad when I do artwork because I save reference pictures and other drawings. (I do online schooling.) This entire situation is ridiculous and stupid. How do I find it?

Why does my iPad say 'not charging' even when it is plugged in?

The problem: The iPad says it’s "Not Charging", and two things could happen:it is not chargingit's actually charging, but really slowly. The issue here is that iPad is receiving enough power from the charger to operate, but it's not enough to charge the battery. The iPad requires certain power level to charge normally. For example an iPad Mini usually uses about 1.7W-2.2W while you're using it. If the charger only passes this amount or less, then you’ll get the “not charging” message. To solve the problem, you have to check 3 things:chargercableUSB port/ outletThe problem is caused by one of these 3 elements.Your USB port could be old (not high-power), the cable can be damaged, or the charger could be a cheap, non-MFi-certified charger, or maybe an iPhone charger. If you use the regular iPad charger with the original cable + power outlet, you shouldn’t see this message. Also, in some cases on USB port of the computer will charge the iPad, and the other won’t.But if you turn off the iPad it will charge faster as it will not use energy while you are charging it.
