Why Is The Internal Memory Empty How Does I Restore It

Memory Problems with ACER Laptop?

Check your system restore. All Windows computers, may be even Mac, I don't know, create system restore points for the computer. Check them to make sure that you do not have too many. They create a lot used space on your HD. If you have nothing there, you may have a virus.

Use malwarebytes. It is free and a small file. If it finds noting, I suggest taking it to Geek Squad or something. If you still have poblems, suggest buying an External HD. I know, that is extreme. i am only 15, and I do not have a degree in any of these things yet.

Hope that helps.

Would my laptop be much faster if I upgraded the internal HD to a SSD?

I recently bought a HP Envy laptop and I forgot to make sure I was buying a laptop with a solid state drive for the OS. The one I got has a regular internal harddrive. Now I know solid state drives are much faster than regular hard drives but as my laptop was sold with a normal HD can I upgrade this to a solid state?

Someone told me that, that the internal sockets for the hard drive would work with a solid state drive but there wouldn't be any speed improvements unless I had the correct wires and sockets for a SSD. He said without the correct connecters for a SSD, it will just create a bottleneck and stay at it's current speed.

Can somebody explain this to me a bit better.
Also, here is the full spec of my laptop, could you tell me if it's worth upgrading to a SSD? i.e. do I have the correct wires/connector to get the full benefit of an internal solid state drive?

Windows 8 error screen: we couldn't find any photos or videos on this device.?

Okay i have had this problem also. I don't know which generation you have, but i have an iPhone 5 so i hope this works for you too.
Before you plug in your iPhone to the computer make sure your phone isn't locked and your photos app is open.
Then you can plug it in, and it should ask you which photos you want to import. You can also go to Computer>Apple iPhone>Internal Storage>DCIM and all your photos and videos will be there.(you can lock your iphone at this point also if you have not already)
I hope this works for you :)
If it doesn't you should go to this site and try to get an answer

I accidentally deleted data from media storage in my Android phone. Now my media app does not show any files. How do I fix this problem?

Here’s an updated answer for modern devices (2016) if you’re trying to get back all your Sounds. Simply just restart your phone, and presto, all ringtones are back. It’s a matter of the Android OS restoring the metadata during the restart. That’s all! Enjoy
