Why are Western men so naive about women?
Western men aren't at all naive about women, a lot of men and in particular young men see that women have morphed into something they just don't recognise, for example how many times have you heard, a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle, then complain that there are no good men left for her to choose a mate from. Or what about, I'm a strong independent woman, alongside, I expect the man to pay for dinner or even ask me out.Men also see that women are more and more behaving like men, and then complaining about being treated like men at the same time saying they want equal treatment.Women might be able to understand the dichotomy but men can't, no matter how much we try we can't it's like saying left is right.Add into this media portrayals of men and women. Women are seen to be strong, successful ambitious pretty and hitting the heights while men are seen as either incompetent or evil killers,Add into this many young men have seen their fathers go through family courts and get hammered, some of them deserved it, but most did not. Again the media paint this picture that men should sacrifice everything for a woman but they are wrong if they expect the same in return.Look at the body positive movement, men have to accept women in whatever shape and size they are, but ask yourself what attracts women to men, the guy who is overweight or the guy that goes to the gym. So men have to accept women as they are but have to change themselves before they are accepted by women.Western women have more freedom and rights of any female in the world, yet demand, or so it seems, more what more rights are there. At the same time men see that women are free to make their own choices but men, or the patriarchy, is blamed when they don't like the outcome of their own choices.And you wonder why men are so confused

I am a right wing believer...... *i believe the free market works (even now) and its fair *whats most important is equal opportunity *nothing wrong with letting the rich get richer..........they earnt it.... all of these capitalist ideals are SIMPLY LOGICAL but the left wing dont seem to understand............are they just uneducated in basic economics?
Why is the world so naive?
When i stare at humanity and what is stands for and all the actions that it has performed, i see gaps in reason and logic... gaps which humanity can't seem to fill, but the answer is sitting right dang in front of them. it constantly contridicts itself in science and in religion, and it feels the need for things to be superior to itself, yet it fears anything that could possibly be superior or different. The world seems to be missing the broader picture... in my short life time, i have discovered things and learned and reevaluated things in life that usually takes a person an entire lifetime if he is lucky. The world acts like children, in all matters. and i find it frustrating that the world acts against me as try to forge it to the better path. I know that there are flaws and that they are nearly innumberable, but why accept them? Why be something that rots slowly over the years with hate, acceptance, desire, rage, stress, and even pride? I have taken upon myself to bare the pain of the world, past, present, and future, for i know that despite all the misery in the world, there must be answer to changing the nature of humanity. But why is the world so naive? Why can't it see what i see?
Why is evian, naive spelled backwards?
So, does anyone know why the overpriced water bottle called 'evian' is 'naive' backwards? Is it just chance or is was it purposely named 'evian' because of the 'naive' thing? Thanks xxx
Why are most YA heroines portrayed as naive idiots?
I'm sick of reading YA books with intriguing plots but with poor characters. I recently started reading Jessica's guide to dating on the dark side, a book I have wanted to read for awhile but I put it down with only a little bit left to read. It started out so good, both the main characters were very likable, Jessica was a headstrong normal teenage girl, and Lucius was a witty, charismatic vampire guy. It seemed at first that FINALLY someone had got it right, written likable and strong characters with an interesting plot. Then when I got to the middle part of the book the tone completed changed, Lucius turned into an emo, selfish brat and Jessica... turned into a stupid naive moron who still kept running after the guy who keeps rejecting her. And then it was up to her to pursue him... UGH I am so sick of reading books like this, where the guy rejects the girl but she STILL chases after him like a lapdog. Or even when its the other way round like the way Bella was with Edward in ECLIPSE. Bella effing Swan, the worst heroine ever, but most people already know that. I just want to able to finish a book feeling awed and inspired, not repulsed and angry at the stupidity of the characters! Why are the heroines always written that way?
