Plain Tylenol Extra Strength only has one active ingredient, acetaminophen. It isn’t really supposed to cause drowsiness, although some people might respond to it differently. Help! Throat hurts... How to treat it the natural way.. please help!?
I've had a sore throat since late Friday... I've not had a bad fever... but my throat hurts bad and sometimes it's hard for me to swallow and sleep...
