Why do people say Veganism is unhealthy?

Sorry, but as a vegan I must disagree. To say that Veganism is a unhealthy is beyond insensitive.

And if you're such a natural predator, I dare you to go chase down a chicken, kill it with your bare hands and teeth, and eat it raw. That's what predators do, after all!

Let's look at our closest relatives, chimpanzees. They're natural omnivores, but while only about 1 percent of their diet is made of real meat, about 4 percent is made of insects - and the rest is plants. So, evolutionarily, you should eat ants and termites instead of chickens and cattle.

Why do most raw food vegans look so unhealthy?

I've heard of how healthy the raw diet can be.
I've even believed it for a while and understand that the reasoning behind why it would be so healthy makes perfect sense.

But whenever I see pictures of them, I think they look rather flushed out, blotchy, pale...I was looking at pictures on the myspace for some raw foods festival in Arizona, and I have to say...if that's what eating raw makes you look like, I'm not sure I want to ever adopt that lifestyle.

Why is fish unhealthy to eat (from a vegan perspective)?

Vegan have different perspectives 2 of the most important vegan concerns are Health and, Well being of animal kingdom. As first point of view by nature food cycle does not allow human to eat fish. There is a research conducted about it which proves due to increase consumption of sea food, most of the fish species are suffering and some have already extinguish. If this industry will keep going on like this there will be no more diversity in sea life, that will eventually harm human lives. Also the second reason is fish are one of the sensitive and kind living being. Many of the fish species have very strong emotions and nervous system. We keep fish as pet and they really lovable creatures. No one would like to kill them and no one should.

Is vegan pizza in reality unhealthy for you?

Not particularly. You can eat too much vegan pizza, too, but you'll accumulate fat and calories a lot more slowly than you would overeating regular pizza. I'd say cheese-stuffed crusts and piles of meaty toppings are in general unhealthy, however, unless you can discipline yourself to eat a single slice.
