How can intelligent Americans vote Republican?
By listening to intelligent Republicans and voting for them. There are plenty of intelligent politicians out there who don't agree with you. Some of them are quite convincing and have even talked me into re-considering my position a few times. That's a very healthy thing to do. Please try to avoid the straw men. Don't see all Republicans as this mob of uneducated, insane zombies. They're people too and they might be right about some of the things that they're saying.
Why do Republicans only care about the interests white people, straight people, extraordinarily rich people,?
Here are some examples; 1. White people- Republicans don't care about Mexicans. They think they should be lower class citizens that should never be part of our culture or society, yet they act like they should. 2. Straight people- Republicans hate them, and refuse to accept them like the rest of the civilized world (i.e. Holland, Sweden, etc...). 3. Extraordinarily rich people- Republicans give huge tax cuts to people who are proven to not pump it in to the economy, and never support tax cuts for the middle class, that are proven to benefit the economy. 4. Men- Republicans don't think women should have ANY rights whatsoever. They convince ignorant Americans that banning contraception and abortion is right, in an attempt to strip as many rights of women as they can. (They fought women's suffrage TOOTH AND NAIL). 5. Young people- Republicans oppose any program that would help elderly people, including all of them who worked for decades building up this great nation, and deny
Why are Republicans in the House and Senate having such trouble coming up with healthcare legislation?
They could just revoke the ACA but Mr Trump said he thinks both should happen at the same time but perhaps it wont be possible. They are working on a plan that all Senators will pass and then will go to conference about the House bill. What are you accusing Mr. Trump of lying about? Mr. Trump did not have a plan. The Republicans in the House and in the Senate have different plans but they cannot agree on every provision. How does that indicate Mr Trump was lying about something?
Why do people that make less than $250k a year vote Republican? It is not in their best interest.?
well firstly, you state that the middle class earns 25,000 to 249k a year... hello, the middle class low point is 50,000.. i make 31,000 a year and I am considered poverty level..... and I have 4 kids... and thanks to the rich.. and the oil companies, i spend more money on gas than i do food to feed my kids... voting republican in todays society is just a bad move to make.. period !!! regardless of your income...
