The Christians in the north eastern part of India are the descendants of people converted in the past 150 years and are predominantly Protestants. The neighboring states of Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh have Christian pluralities or large Christian minorities.However, most Indian Christians live in the Southern parts of India and are the descendants of people whose ancestors have been Christians for several centuries or possibly since the first century of Christianity. About half of Indian Christians live in the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu where they make up 20% and 6% of the state populations. Most Christians in these states are Catholics (of Latin and non-Latin rite) or of various Oriental Orthodox churches.

Christian population in Kerala actually decreased in books only, it's because of reservation policy, 25% become 18% in books, Actual population who believing in Christianity in Kerala is 35%. So there is 10% increase in population not 7% decrease. Now this 17% are not shows their religion as Christians. Once the central government cancelled the caste based reservations, the actual percentage will come out.

Most chinese people are Hun. In Xinziang there are people who look like afghans and they speak a different language. Most chinese have local Buddhism followed by atheism, Taoism, Confucius and so on. There are so many local religions.There are muslims also in china but Imams are appointed by communists. Charistianity is also getting popularity in China. In China rarely a religious riot happens because in one house people of different religions live and they do inter religion marriages. After becoming a communist state China killed many languages of the peoples and dialects. In some cases a grand mother can not communicate with grand daughter because now a different dialect. Chinese communists are the one of the most cruel regimes on earth at present time although not very exposed.
