Any ideas why my computer keep restarting?
I've been having an issue with my computer for about two weeks where it will restart itself while under heavy load. To clarify it doesn't blue screen and reboot it just restarts like someone hit the restart button. It's happens while playing City of Heroes but also while just general multitasking under Windows(ie. listening to iTunes, using Firefox with a couple tabs open and IMing with Trillian). I can play CoH and multitask just find on my Ubuntu install without it running into any issues. I've already run memory test and they all passed. I've tried reinstalling two different versions of Windows from two different sources on two different hard drives and still the same results. I've tried different versions of drivers for my hardware as well as different configurations for updates. I've checked the Event Viewer upon reboot but nothing seems to get logged there when it reboots. All temperatures show within normal ranges which I'd expect with my case. I've already checked for viruses and spyware using my custom PE disk. Normally I'm fairly good at figuring this stuff out but this has me and my other friends stumped. Hardware is listed below. Any idea why my knees hurt?
Every time i try to bike, climb stairs or squat my knees just start to ache. It goes away though everytime after i exercise. I'm not over weight, i play football and i do alot of running and a bit of swimming, and my knees don't hurt when i'm doing any of these. I also study exercise science so i do have a fair amount of knowledge of exercise and the body so i do make sure my knees are in line with my toes and i ave the right techniques etc. I just want to know whats wrong with my knees as i want to get rid of it and carry on with my training!
Any ideas about why my lawn mower will not start?
Regarding the diesel answer, the only way I've ever seen a gasoline engine run on diesel was when it was fully up to operating temperature, running, and diesel was substituted for gasoline. The engine was stopped and restarted on diesel, but I'd be surprised if it would have done so if it was stone cold. My guess is that the engine may not have run out of gas. Did it sputter and misfire a few times as it was going down, or did it cut out abruptly? Try pulling a spark plug and lay it on the engine block or other grounded metal surface and crank the engine. If there's no spark, the problem is in the ignition system. Disconnect the fuel line after the fuel filter, direct it into a suitable receptacle for gasoline and crank the engine (do this outdoors and away from any buildings, etc.) if no or very little gasoline is pumped out the fuel line, then it's either a bad fuel pump or clogged filter.
Any ideas to why I'm a month late on my period?
I used to be sexually active; the last time i had sex was in January. Well i've had my period every month up until this past. Usually i have it the last week or first week of every month, and i didn't have it this past September, and still haven't now going towards the end of October. Does anyone have an idea to why? - someone suggested it may be stress, but i'm always stressed out and i've never had this happen.
My brothers budgie died recently, any idea why?
Oftentimes pet shop owners DON'T know how to care for a budgie at ALL! Unless you are going to a bird-specific pet shop, the budgies are also often over bred. Those types of birds come with a lot of birth defects that you don't notice until one day they end up dead or they start acting strange. Budgies need to be fed fruits and veggies (you can find healthy/poisonous lists online) and feeding them a diet of just seeds can often cause health problems because seeds are not great nutrition for the bird. I've purchased two budgies from pet shops. One was from a common old store that mainly sold puppies. The other was from a store that mainly sold birds. Guess what one died within a few months? The dog store's. The other one is about three years old, turning four soon and she's still going strong. It is most likely not your brother's fault but the pet shop's owner or the bird's breeder! I don't believe that bumping into things could kill the bird unless it flew into something and hit it pretty hard. And, judging by what you are describing with the other bird dying, it sounds similar to my own experience with a bird getting ill. Sometimes birds to not show that they are ill and can be, so there is a chance that the female budgie passed her illness onto the other one and he did not show as many symptoms. Bird illnesses can also kill the bird very quickly, so sometimes it will kill them before they even have a chance to show symptoms. I hope I have helped
Any idea why my stomach would hurt?
I am actually having a similar problem right now. I went to the clinic yesterday and they said it could either be a pulled muscle, or a infection between my muscle and cartilage. Before I went to the clinic i did some re search on it and it said i could be a kidney infection, or an inflamed liver. the chances are extremely thin, but you could also have a Tumour. Take some extra strength advil in the meantime, but you really should go get it checked out. hope everything is well :)
Any idea of why my kitten suddenly died?
I found this little kitten on the street while I was driving. I stopped to pick him and took it home with me. I removed all the dirt from his eyes and body and fed him too. I think he was like two weeks old. I bought nursing bottles, food, special cat milk and a litter box. He was doing fine for about two weeks until this morning. I fed him as usual, gave him a little water but he wasn't that active at all. He was like weak and sleepy. He ate a little cat food and fall asleep, then he started to meow while sleeping and I found that he also defecated like 3 times. I thought he was having a nightmare cuz he was stretching his legs and shaking them once in a while. I tried to wake him up but he couldn't stand by his own and fall back. Then his mouth was open and didn't react at all. I took him to the vet and we decide to put him to sleep. I wasn't convinced with the vet's diagnose that's why I'm here asking if anybody can give me another opinion... and yes... I'm very sad...
