Why Should A Sperm Donor Be Forced To Pay Child Support

Can I protect myself from child support as sperm donor when planning to conceive through sexual interaction?

DON'T DO IT! If you have sex with this woman and she becomes pregnant, YOU are on the hook for 18 years of child support, regardless of what promises the woman makes to you. The woman can even put it in writing that she won't demand child support BUT if she ever applies for any government benefits for either her or the baby, the government will go after you for 18 years of support plus compound interest and they won't care about your "agreement" (which is invalid anyway).

You should know that courts have ruled that the only way the father doesn't have to pay child support is IF the sperm donation is through a doctor/clinic, and preferably from an anonymous donor. And even if this woman is impregnated by your sperm in a clinic, she could later claim that it didn't take and that you two had sexual intercourse resulting in a baby (she can't do that with an anonymous donor) and you are then on the hook for child support because you can't prove when and how she got pregnant.

My very best advice for you is to DON'T DO IT! But if you must, consult a good lawyer...who will tell you exactly what I just did. Good luck and God bless.

Addendum: To answer your question, NO, you cannot protect yourself from child support if a pregnancy results from sexual intercourse (interaction).

@Gorgeous: Double standards are exactly the problem here. That's the very definition of a bias law. Which, by the way, is unconstitutional. Men and women are supposed to be equal in the eyes of the law. Isn't that what feminism is supposedly fighting for??? This is either proof of the failure of feminism or proof that they are actually working toward something much more vile and insidious and equality is just a word they use to make you think they aren't out to screw men over.

Just imagine if the law allowed me to rape you, somehow not go to jail for it, take the child, and to top it off: make you pay me for 18 years as a product of said rape. Could you imagine the uproar women would make? It would be on a biblical scale. Men should be outraged at such blatantly bias laws. And any woman with any morals at all should also be outraged.
