neither, you will hate yourself for doing it later on. if you shave, you will have stubs and those are worse and nasty, hairs will get thicker and darker when they grow back, nair or other gemicals will iritate your skin, don't do htat either, it will sort of burn your skin and you will end up with a red forehead or worse, burns and sores. just wax it or pluck them, i know it sounds very painfull and it will be at first but trust me it's for the best and it will get better after a while.
