Why When I Changed My Payment Information From One Card To Another Yahoo Attempted To Charge My

Can a collections agency sue me if I am making payments towards my debt?

Long story short, I have been through several hardships and I have an $11,000 credit card bill. They sent it to collections, and now the collections agent is threatening to sue.

My question is, can they go forward with a lawsuit if I am willing to pay? I have expressed my desire to make things right and pay back the debt I owe. I know I have to be held responsible for my actions...I'm not trying to get away with anything here.

The problem is, they are demanding almost $3000 in order to stop persuing the case against me. I don't have that kind of money and I have no way to get it. I am willing to make small payments ($100 or so) from now on. I can even put this in writing for them if they want.

I tried to look this up online - some places say they can't touch me as long as I am making some kind of payment. Other places say they can do whatever they want if I don't pay the whole $3000.

Can anyone help?

Every time I try to update/delete my credit card info to pay my for Yahoo services I get this error??

I keep getting the following message:
"An error has occurred
The system is currently unavailable. Please try again later. (15)"

This has gone on for several weeks now. I've tried changing my payment method and I get this error. I've tried deleting the card and I get this error. It happens in both the Small Business service area and the Yahoo Wallet area. I tried to find an e-mail address for Yahoo so that I can let them know about the problem, but haven't been able to find one yet. I also can't call the phone number they give because I'm online way after those times (usually midnight to 4 am)... If I can't change it soon, they'll be charging the services to a debit card that has a zero balance now and I'll have my services turned off when they can't receive payment. What do I do??

How can I stop Regus from charging my Credit Card?

I set up a virtual office with them and the will not cancell my service. They say the contract has been automatically extended, and that I may not termintate it unless I pay them an extra 3 months; I have never signed anything other thatn the CC authorization form, and they keep charging My Amex. I have already tried changing my card number and disputing the charge. Worst experience ever!

Can you help me update my account settings on iTunes?

If you have recently moved, the credit card/bank may not have the updated information as of yet. I would call them first to verify the actual billing address on record.

I would remove/cancel your order in iTunes and start all over.

Once you cancel the order,go to the bar option of Store, Go to View My Account,Edit Billing Information,Click the credit card that you want to use for the account. Make sure that the credit card billing address is what the credit card/bank has for your credit card.

Save the information. Then go back and get the song again for purchase.

Should I block my debit card or just change my PIN?

So, I think someone got a hold of technically my information for my debit card, but was a scam for credit cards - should I worry about this and completely block it now and order a new card, or should I not worry about it and change my PIN number when the bank opens on Monday? (It's too late to do anything about it today - it's past 12:00pm on Saturday where I am, and I can't find any way to change my PIN online.)

I tried calling VISA and actually got their credit card department on accident, and when they transferred me to the debit card department they didn't have my information at all, that my bank would have it - but the bank I use doesn't have a 24/7 call center.

So, since the information they would've gotten was for a credit card and it was actually my debit card, should I block my card and order a new one on Monday, or just wait and change my PIN then? They didn't get the 3-digit security number on the back of my card..
