Why Wont All My Tweets Go To Facebook

How do I find my Facebook friends on Twitter?

The above method doesn't work for the following reason:Facebook does not interact with the contacts feature on your email service. EVERThis is how you can do it though.First add your Facebook friends to Google+Then use the e-mail account linked with Google+ to search for contacts on TwitterUsing the email id linked to Facebook directly doesn't help, as Facebook doesn't add contacts to email id.Also a method which I recently tested succesfully is as follows:Link your Facebook account with your Yahoo account. Create a Yahoo acount if you have to. All the email id of your Facebook friends are automatically updated to Yahoo. Then use yahoo mail id on Twitter to find Facebook friends.Works as recently as 31-August-2011

Why won't Selective Tweets work?

I understand how to use the app, but my problem is that I can't even get it to properly install and configure. When I enter my twitter username and click "save", and then allow it to access my Facebook page, it just takes me back to the screen wanting me to enter my username again. If I click on "settings", it tells me I need to first add and configure the app. Endless circle.

Do celebrities accept friend requests on Facebook, Twitter, etc.?

It depends on the level of the celebrity; "A-list" celebrities likely wouldn't, but other celebrities that aren't as prominent sometimes do. For the more prominent celebrities, many of them don't even manage their own social media presences - their publicists/public relations people/agents actually manage them on behalf of the celebrity.

Twitter allows much easier access as the streams are usually published to the public and all you need to do is "follow" the celebrity. Depending on how the celebrity handles social media, though, they likely won't "follow" you back (@ladygaga for example has 7.4 million followers, but only follows 145,000 people back). The reason for this is that when you follow someone back, it allows them to send you "direct messages" (private messages) which some people find intrusive.

By contrast, Facebook only allows any one person to have 5,000 friends which is problematic for celebrities who may have millions of fans. Typically they reserve their Facebook accounts for their "real" friends and they use Facebook "Fan Pages" to interact with their fans (where they may or may not respond to questions posed on the wall or discussion forums.

You have to be careful who you contact, though, because there are a lot of fake celebrity accounts on virtually every social media platform. Right now, only Twitter offers "Verified" accounts that denote an actual celebrity or corporation.
