Why Wont It Work And What Can I Do About It

Is "might won't work" correct? If not, why?

It's not correct. It's just like saying, "might will not work". You cannot put might and will together. It's either, "might not work" or "will not work". Not "might will not work".

I hope that cleared your doubts.

Why won't the AM radio work in my car when the FM radio works fine?

I have a 2003 Honda Civic. A couple years ago I replaced the factory stereo with an after-market stereo (an Aiwa) so I could connect my iPod. I installed the stereo myself with instructions from Crutchfield. The system worked fine except that I could no longer get AM stations. I checked the antenna input again and confirmed it was tightly connected to the head unit. The lack of an AM radio bothered me but not enough to make any changes at the time.

So I recently decided to get a new after-market stereo (a Pioneer). I also decided that I wanted the ability to listen to AM radio. This time I had the stereo professionally installed so this way I couldn't blame myself if the AM radio didn't work. Once the stereo was hooked up, the AM radio didn't work (again) while the FM radio was strong and steady.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm guessing this isn't a problem with the stereos since both of my after-market stereos have had problems...

Why won't water displacement method work for all solids? why does it only work for irregular objects?

If the solid is soluble in water, you'll end up with a solution. For example, sugar is a solid, but it dissolves in water. So you couldn't tell the density of sugar (at least not in the direct way of the displacement method) by placing it in water.

Why won't Wii Play let me play all of the games?

I just bought the Wii play game. It won't let me into half of the games. It won't let me into tanks, cow game, fishing, billiards, paper clip. Can someone tell me why it won't work and what I can do to get it to work? I have two wii remotes set up with it. I thought it wasn't working because I only had one remote hoooked up, but when I hooked up the other one, it still didn't work. We only have one wii nunchuck.

My brake lights don't work, but my tail lights do. What should I do?

Check the brake light fuse in fuse box that could be blown, and also check to see if the brake light switch is bad, it should be located under the dash and the plunger of the switch should be touching the brake pedal arm. Also check, if they are on the same bulb, that the combination brake light, and taillight bulbs are in working order, or if separate bulbs, that the brake light bulbs are not blown out.If all of those components are in working order, and the brake lights still do not operate, then all of the wiring from the fuse box to the brake light switch, to the brake lights and to the bulb sockets will need to be checked for broken wires, and loose, or corroded connections at any of the above mentioned components.

My license plate bulb won't work, even when replaced?

Check the fuse and wiring.
