Why won't my iPod Classic connect to my computer?

It is may be that your NEW computer system doesn't support your old iPod (It doesn't offer the driver for the model of your iPod already). If your iTunes doesn't recognize your iPod, you could have a try to restart your devices (iPod and computer), change another USB cable. And sometimes, some transfer software could help you to easily transfer data between iPod and computer without iTunes.

My iPod Nano Only Works When Connected to My Computer, help?

"You know that I play this better" is wrong. And VERY annoying.

It is the problem with your iPod - they have become very problematic in that the battery life suffers, the software does not work properly, and iTunes IS VERY GLITCHY.

there is no way to fix it unless you purchase a new one which is all Apple wants you to do.

Take a look at ZUNE HD.. Far superior.

Why won't iTunes open on my Dell PC?

Uninstall iTunes (Control Panel > Uninstall a Program), then reinstall the latest version on your computer. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download

Then start iTunes, plug your iPod in with the USB cable, and it should show up in the left sidebar. If it doesn't, try using a different port, formatting your iPod, or getting a new cable.

How do I connect my iPod to a new computer with iTunes and avoid having my entire playlist deleted?

You could try one of these solutions: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Com... Another alternative would be to run Windows inside a virtual machine using either VMware player (my personal favorite) or Virtualbox.  To do this you will need a Windows disk and license key, but that would also provide an option for any future issues you might have where an acceptable Linux option doesn't yet exist.

My Ipod won't charge?

It doesn't even say it's not recognized, it just won't connect to my computer. I'm currently using a windows vista, and it worked fine before with my Nano, but for some odd reason, whenever I plug my iPod into the USB 2.0 for my computer, it won't work! My iPod Nano isn't old or beat up or anything, it just won't charge and my computer will act like there's nothing even plugged in. I have tried sitting it on one of those music charger things where you can listen to your music aloud (sorry, it's early here, and I'm too lazy to think) and it charged then, but it just won't work on my computer! Somebody please help me, this has never happened before, and I've tried using at least 3 different cables, and I've checked my computer to see if they're plugged in correctly, and tried using different ports, but it's just not working...

Thank you.
