Why Wont My Memory Card Show New Pictures On My Phone Anymore

Why aren't my pictures showing up on my camera?

Each camera has a unique space on the SD card. There is a folder called DCIM, and under that folder, there will be a folder for each camera. The Sony files will be in one folder and the Nikon files will be in the other.

The thing that has me concerned is that when you put the card back in the Nikon, those files should show up again. Did you look and see if the camera itself could see the files (not using the USB cable).

And if you did anything when the card was in the Sony - format for instance, you will wipe out the photos in the Nikon folder.

First, get a new card reader - they are not expensive. In fact they are cheap.. under $10. Sometimes they are even free when you buy a SD card.

Then try to download all of the photos to your computer using Windows Explorer - not the software that comes with the camera.

Finally, if photos are missing - do not use the card until you download Recuva and run it against the card. Most of the time, Recuva will restore the files, as long as you have not used the card to take more photos.

Why doesn't my phone (Moto E4) detect my SD card anymore? It just recently quitted. I tried my old SD card and it mounted just fine, but when I switched back to the new one it said that I don't have one inserted. It has worked since March until now.

One very likely reason is that the card is simply corrupted. Have you taken the sd card in and out a lot without ejecting?

I can't upload pictures from my phone to my Instagram stories. How do I fix this?

Its might be hardware/software problem or maybe your memory card is effected by virus.I would like to suggest you try these methods. Maybe it helps you.1.Go ahead and delete apps that are taking up lots of space so that you have free space on your device. Turn off your phone and leave it off for about a minute then power back on.Freeing up space usually fixes the issue especially on Apple devices.2.Some times a specific App could be the cause so you will need to find which app is causing the problem and uninstall it. The safest bet is a recent app that you installed before you were having the problem.3.Update Instagram to the latest version. If that fails then uninstall the app and reinstall it a fresh. On Android device try clearing the cache of Instagram.4.Log out of your Instagram account and then back in or try to see if the issue continues when you log in on a friends device or a new one.Try also logging into Instagram on your computer sometimes this may trigger the issue to be fixed. If its happening on all devices it may be something wrong on Instagram’s end.5. If all else fails backup your phone and do a reset or wipe the device. After which reinstall all apps and the issue should be solved.

How do you get photos from a memory card in my epson workforce 610 to a file on my computer?

Transfer Photos Between a Memory Card and Your Computer
Before you transfer photos, make sure you installed the software that came with your WorkForce 610 Series and connected it to your computer or network. See the Start Here sheet or Network Installation Guide for instructions.
1.

Insert a memory card in one of the memory card slots.
2.

Access the memory card files from your computer:
Windows:
Click or Start, then click My Computer or Computer. Double-click the removable disk icon for the memory card.
If you installed the WorkForce 610 Series on a network, click or Start, then click My Computer or Computer. Then double-click the Epson memory card icon located on your network.
Macintosh:
Double-click the removable disk icon for the memory card.
If you installed the WorkForce 610 Series on a network, double-click the Memory Card application icon on your desktop (or in the location where you saved it).
Caution:
When you’re done accessing the card over your network, do not drag the Memory Card icon to the Trash. If you accidentally delete the icon, you’ll need to reinstall it to be able to access memory cards over your network.
3.

A folder opens on your computer, showing the contents of your memory card. Now you can transfer your photos:

To transfer photos to your computer, select them in your memory card folder and drag them to the desired location on your computer, such as the desktop or a folder.

To transfer photos from your computer to the memory card, select the photos on your computer and drag them to the memory card folder.
4.

Before you remove the memory card or turn off the WorkForce 610 Series, make sure the memory card access light is not flashing. If your WorkForce 610 Series is connected to your computer by a USB cable, prepare the card for removal (not necessary when accessing the memory card over a network).

My 32mb canon sd memory card runs out of space with only 7 pictures!?

Your Canon Powershot SX160IS takes 16MP pictures which has an average filesize of 4.8MB. A 32MB memory card divided by 4.8MB puts it to around 6.67 pictures which more or less fits the 7 you now have. There is nothing wrong or beyond ordinary with your case except for the fact that you are using an extremely small capacity memory card. Buy an 8GB SDHC memory card for more shooting pleasure.

My sanyo digital camera won't upload my pictures to my computer. help?

Don't bother with cables or special software!

The easiest and best method to transfer photos and video from your camera to your computer is via a little USB card reader (which are very cheap these days and widely available).

Card readers also work for moving photos from the computer onto a card.

Plug the reader into a USB port and insert the memory card.
It will show up as a drive, and you can simply drag and drop the photos across to the folder of your choice.
