I wouldn't put too much into some random girl's comment. Maybe she just was jealous bc you smiled at her friend and not her and she did that to make you feel bad. Just let it go.
Why would a random girl say hi to me?
So there's this girl in 1 of my classes that I've literally never said anything to or even made eye contact with, but today in the hall she said hi to me. I didn't even make eye contact with her in the hall and she said "hi Reece." She now talks to me off and on in the hall. Could she have done this because she likes me? It just caught me off guard that someone whome I didn't know was that friendly. Advice?

Why would a girl ask me to ask her out and say no?
Because she is young, immature, and likely has an extremely warped sense of what a guy showing interest should act like. What she did was cruel and insensitive to your feelings. Why would you want to chase someone who has no problem deliberately hurting you from the get go? What you are getting now is a free preview of all the mind games she is going to play if you keep pursuing her. It will never be worth it and no one deserves to be manipulated and hurt.I say that you should drop it and move on. Be polite and civil if you need to deal with her in class, but don't give her any more of your time.
Why would this girl say she misses me?
Hey I'm friends with this girl, best friends some would say. We get class together alot so we see each other at least 4 times a week. We always have good conversations. On Thursday night after class she started texting me and she said that she's missed me recently.. Why would she say she misses me even when we talk all the time? :S I kind of have feelings for her and she knows it, I think she may be taking advantage of it?

As in shes saying why do you like me so much. A couple of girls ive been serious with and i know they liked me. Some ive done things with some i haven't. But a few of them have said 'why me". I know why they say it. I hang around a lot of girls but i really don't understand why they say it. Is it a confidence thing? Is it a sign of insecurity? Is it normal. Im wondering cause im really tired of hearing the whole "why do you like me routine you can have any girl you want". How do i find women who don't say that?

I would say it sounds like she likes you, it is not really a thing you say to someone who you are trying to get rid of. Go and ask her out, if she says no, you tried and you don't have to be confused anymore :D
