What you should ask people who are for illegal immigration. 1. Do we want another 911? By our border being open anyone can come through Mexico or just be in the U.S at the time that they make every immigrant a citizen. 2. If the bill is passed can you promise me (A CITIZEN OF USA) that the people (without proper paperwork) that are running from their country are not rapist, killers, child molesters, terrorism, and drug suppliers? If others receive a right to be here by going through the system what was their reasons. 3. What about other immigrants that don’t have a border to USA? Well if Mexico gets an ok we might as well go to Iraq to let them in before the bill is passed. 4. Did they break the law? If the government is so into things about being right or wrong they should look within. Can I show the world that we as a nation says it ok for people to sneak in, ok for people to hire them knowing that they should not be here, get benefits that other people pay tax money for, send money back to their nation’s when our unemployment rate is so low as it is, and tell the families that lose a man or woman in this war that even if their over there to prevent another 911 that we are only letting the ones that are here citizens. And yes they can get benfits from the goverment I know aleast three families who do get welfare check and one part of her families is not even in the USA. So don't act like its not happening here. Then you say the we as legal citizens get benfit we have a right to get( HOW DARE US) our goverment have made these benfits for us and we are unwilling to share. Then you ask for the first to through a stone ( true I can't I have speeded) but I have pay for ever speeding limit I have broken,and paper I have drope ( litering). What legitimate use does a law-abiding citizen have for a full-auto AK-47?
Many 2nd Amendment-defenders argue that ALL weapons should be legal. So I ask the questions: What legitimate use does a law-abiding citizen have for a full-auto AK-47? ... or for a silencer? ... or for Claymore mines? ... or for a cluster munitions? ... or for napalm? ... or for armor-piercing ammo? ... or for anti-tank explosive shaped charges? Here are some invalid answers you might give: "It's none of your business, keep your laws off my guns!". This is an evasive cop-out answer that doesn't really address my question. You're pretty much saying "I don't wanna tell you." Well if you don't want to tell me, why even bother answering my question? "For self defense". Unless you happen to be living in Afghanistan or Somalia or some other place where roaming gangs of armed thugs are a common sight, you do NOT need those military-grade weapons for self defense. For home defense, you know damn well that a shotgun will do just fine. For personal defense, a concealed revolver. What self-defense scenario do you see yourself in that would require more firepower than can be provided by a shotgun, rifle, and/or handgun? I'm not being sarcastic... I'd like an answer. Thanks. "For target practice" or "for entertainment". Right. What's next, you'll want a thermonuclear bomb for "fun" or just to "blow sh!t up" ? And last but not least, the most intellectual answer you can give, which I invalidate below is: "The 2nd Amendment was put in place to prevent the government's tyranny over its citizens. If citizens are armed with complex, powerful, sophisticated, military-grade weapons, the government is less likely to turn on them and create a Soviet-like police-state where our liberties are all stripped away." That may partially be true, but a well-armed local militia is no match for a US military combat unit or SWAT team, no matter what kind of weapons you have. The US military is better armed, better funded, and better trained than any self-organized local militia can ever hope to be. So if they want to take you out, they will. Heck, they can just carpet-bomb your position so you'll never even get a chance to use any of your weapons.

I don’t think so, but I agree that it’s a confusing phrase. It’s due to the complicated nature of immigration laws.An immigrant can be undocumented, while having at the same time the legal right to reside here. In France, it’s for example the case of undocumented parents of children with French nationality.

There was a Senator who said if he ever needed to rally Republican/conservative voters, he would just introduce an amendment to ban flag burning.He knows it would create a political firestorm. Democrats would be outraged, and would be burning the flag on the Capital steps. Republicans would have parades celebrating Old Glory. That sounds like a responsible safety measure. Who is OK with illegal aliens buying guns?But it wasn’t put in for a safety measure, it was put in to piss off the Democrats, because Republicans were going to vote against the bill anyway. It forced the Democrats to choose between supporting illegal aliens or gun control. And it worked.But it also revealed that the Democrats didn’t really want gun safety, they wanted control. They created the universal background bill, not for safety, but to piss off the Republicans.And that is what Congress does these days. They want to know what bill can be introduced that will rally their side and piss off the other guys.
Sunjay Dutt sentenced 6 years imprisonment for possessing illegal Arms?
Sanjay Dutt should be thankful to the TADA court for his exemption from the blast case and he has only been held guilty of possessing arms illegally and the sentence shows that still judiciary is keeping its standard of rendering justice without seeing the face. If he is released on Probation of Offenders Act,it will be a precedent for all those youngsters who are in the habit of possessing armsfor show. The sentence will open the eyes of all those who are thinking that money is above all laws. I have sympathy for Mr.Dutt but his possession of unlisenced arm was discovered at the crucial timing of Mumbai blast and he is lucky enough to get a scot free acquittal from those offences. The conviction of keeping illegal arms will not spoil his career in films and he can start afresh with full strength.I hope this conviction will open the eyes of the youngsters who are keeping and using illegal arms for minor gains.
