Why would a guy act like he has a crush on you one day, almost ignore you the next, and flip back and forth between those all the time?

In my opinion, when this happens, it is because of one reason or another.This person is playing games with you and is manipulative. They are screwing with your emotions and want some kind of reaction out of you. By being friendly one day and then ignoring you the next, you are left constantly wondering where you stand with this person, meaning that they are always on your mind. This is what they want.OR:This person has a crush on you and they have good intentions. However, because they aren't sure how you feel about them, their interactions with you are a bit all over the place. They might be a shy person and overthink things, especially if they like you. If they’re very friendly to you one day, they might worry that they've come across as too clingy or too desperate. So, the next day they completely back off (which you perceive as them ignoring you, even though they don't mean it).I admit that I have acted this way towards my crush - I'm a very shy person and never want to look too eager or keen if I have romantic feelings for someone. I’ve never intentionally ignored my crush, and if she has ever though this, the truth is that I've simply been too nervous to talk to her, or I've backed off and avoided her because I'm not sure how she feels about me. Pathetic of me, I know!So, ultimately, you need to observe the situation and reflect on the type of person you are dealing with. Reflect on their personality. Are they the type who play mind games? Are they looking for an ego-boost? Or, are they a genuine person with good intentions? If so, perhaps they do not at all mean to ignore you.

Why would he like my photos on social media but won't text me?

It could be that your input is not what he expected - he could have been waiting for you but did not get the response - so could have thought you weren't that interested and being a nice guy he hasn't pushed it but he's letting you know he's still there and interested.The reasons I think this is :‘He asked me to text him the next day about what I was doing’‘I see him regularly on the app he told me to download to message him on’Did you/ have you/ responded to these requests - if not he will think you are not interested.

Why does my crush act like he likes me but then flirts with a different girl?

A guy and girl can be attracted to many girls and so they be checking out different girls.As for a guy liking a girl…..it doesn’t mean he will date the girl. It’s like a girl….giving a phone number to a guy….means nothing until something happens i.e. dating etc.If you like him, then show interest which means you need to show vulnerability or another girl will be dating him -and - if that happens, don’t worry. When young, guys and girls move from one guy to another like rabbits :)Yes, rejection can happen but that’s life.You’ll learn early enough if you don’t go for what you want, whether it happens or not, you’ll just be an….observer.

Why would my boyfriend want me if he's liked prettier and more fun/sociable girls in the past?

There's a lot of things that make people attractive, and it's not always looks.  Let me give you an example:When I was younger, I dated a stunningly beautiful woman who had little to say about anything. She was an uneducated, sweet woman, but just didn't bring a lot to the table in regards to conversation, ideas, new perspectives... and as result, she just wasn't terribly stimulating. While I cared about her, I soon found myself  bored with her company and secretly yearning for a less traditionally attractive woman who I could connect with on a deeper level.So while all these guys thought I was dating the most beautiful woman in town (and she likely was), I was actually dreaming of being with someone else I could have a more meaningful connection with. Eventually we split up, and while I still looked for women I was attracted to, I now realized now that I needed more as well. That being with even the most beautiful person is pointless and can only take you so far unless there is a more emotionally fulfilling foundation to build on.So in telling you this, I want you to realize that you are likely the woman that brings more to him than these other women did, and that from the sound of it, you are the more fulfilling foundation that he's been searching for.

Why do guys start ignoring girls after showing all the signs he likes her?

I would like to add one if it is not answered already.Normally what happens when a guy likes a girl is that he will show all the signs that he likes her. If it so happens that after all his efforts, she finally starts to like him too. Now she reciprocates her feelings and all of a sudden he starts ignoring her. I presume this is the scenario the question was based on.Well the first advice I can give you is that “guys are complex creatures too and girls are not the only ones” :PAnd the explanation is the first time he started to fall for you, he felt that you were the best girl in the world. You were a challenge to him and he thought getting your attention was his main priority. So he did all those things to gain your attention. Now you have fallen for him so you start reciprocating to his efforts. Suddenly, he will feel that he has conquered you and you are no longer a priority. I guess it almost like a climax and after the climax, you lose your interest which is kind of what happens in this case too. Then he starts ignoring you and starts looking for the next girl to conquer.Based on my experiences, I can say the guys who do this are mostly attention seekers. They just want to get your attention that is all and it disappoints them if you fall for them. How I know this is because I am also one of those guys and it is very hard to focus on what I really want sometimes :)))
