Friend from Japan can email me, but not read my emails from the States. What do we need to do?
♡If she isn't getting YOUR e-mail, you should know because it will be returned to you as 'Undeliverable Mail', this even appears on my cell phone. Do you get those kind of return mail messages? You should or the mail should bounce back as undeliverable. I live in Japan and use a popular server here in Japan, as well as Yahoo AND Docomo cell phone e-mail. I have never had that problem on any of the accounts and all my family and friends in the US constantly e-mail me. If you are receiving her mail, then perhaps she's having a problem getting yours for some reason. (Or maybe she just likes to get snail mail?) Someone else suggested you try and reply to her mail, it should go through. Perhaps a few more details may help solve the problem... Hmmm, interesting. I hope this helps. How do I explain to my friend that I cannot read a file if she send me an email of it that is saved into her laptop?
If your friend can't understand what you said just now, there is no help. They need to either save the file on a thumb drive and print it at a public library, buy their own dang printer, or save their file to an app like dropbox, then send you permission to open it from dropbox. The file must not be being sent as a email attachment since you can't open and print it.

Hi, I beleive your friends email address may be blocked in your mail settings. Try these steps: To manually unblock an address from the list of blocked addresses: Click the "Mail Options" link on the top right navigation bar of your Yahoo! Mail page. Click the "Block Addresses" link. On the Blocked Addresses list, click once on the address you wish to remove. Click the "Remove Block" button at the bottom of the Blocked Addresses list.
