40 day water fast results?

it depends on ur metabolism and ur weight.
If ur a heavy person,lets say 200-250 you will lose a min of 60 lb.
I fasted for 5 days and lost 15.
5lb is only water weight , the other lbs are fat.
After a water fast you feel more energetic, happier, your skin feels like a babys but lol, and even your voice clears up.. I love fasting, it makes you feel great!

10 DAY WATER FAST, help!?

A water fast is not a bad idea if you know what you are doing. Yes, you will lose weight. The best water fast is to mix the juice of a real lemon (not the fake lemon stuff you buy in the stores) with steam distilled water. This will cleanse your liver and other elimination organs.

After 3 days, you will not be hungry. When you start feeling hungry after that initial 3 days is when you should start eating again. Start with a banana and then gradually build up what you eat so your body can move from the "fasting state" to an eating state.

If you eat anything but water on the fast, you will not be in a fasting state, but a starvation state and the body deals with each of these states in a different way. The starvation state is NOT the way to be. Fasting has been done for centuries with great success.

The fasting state causes toxins to come out of your fat tissues, but starvation mode is just the opposite, the body's kidneys start shutting down and the metabolism also shuts down because the fat tissues start working like an endocrine organ by the way Leptin hormone is produced and this regulates the way the body utilizes insulin / glucagon in the blood stream. I personally did a water fast to cleanse my liver and other elimination organs with great success. It lasted 2 weeks and I lost 30 pounds. I did it for medical reasons. You won't faint, on the contrary, you will have quite a bit of energy that is typically not expected. When you start feeling hungry, that is your body telling you it's time to stop the fast.

How much weight can you lose on a 7 day water fast?

You'll probably lose at least seven pounds or more. But about the jogging, you might be too tired the first 3 days to jog because your body is adjusting to not eating. Since your body loses fat during this fast wherever you have the most fat is probably where you will lose it. But if you want to keep the weight off then you should slowly re-adjust to eating by drinking light broths and soft easily digestible VEGETABLES AND FRUITS so that you won't gain the weight back.
