Will A Guy Go To Jail For Dating Me His 20 And Im 16 In Uk

Whats wrong with a 20 year old dating a 16 year old?

jailbait means that you're underage and its illegal for him to be dating you. if your parents find out they could do any number of legal actions ranging from statutory rape charges if you've messed around with him to a restraining order.

if you have to tell people that you're mature for your age, you aren't. the fact that you disobeyed your parents rule about dating is proof that you're not mature. real maturity is being able to obey the rule whether you like it or not. also, the fact that you're hiding your relationship from your parents. you might want to do some reconsidering of your own maturity before you say that you're mature for your age.

you really need to ask yourself why he isn't dating someone his own age. typically the only reason a guy that's older than about 18 will date someone your age is if they're unable to get a girl their own age for some reason - usually dealing with them being a skeaze or jerk - or they're looking for easy sex.

making straight A's and being a cheerleader has nothing to do with your emotional status and your maturity. besides, if he's 20 and dating you, 16, what's he doing with his life? does he go to school? does he have a job? is he going somewhere in life? if he's not going anywhere in life, then why date him? you sound like you're committed to your education, so why hold yourself back with someone who isn't. if he is in school and moving forward in life, then you're either a girl that's easily manipulated or he's not able to grow up.

at the ages you two are at, there's nothing to base a relationship on. he's moving into the real world and you haven't even graduated high school yet. i would seriously reconsider your relationship with this guy. even if he is sweet, that's not enough to last a long time.

My 16 year old daughter is dating this 20 year old guy. Is it wrong of me as a dad to be ok with them dating?

My 16 year old daughter is dating this 20 year old guy, I am to realize many of you parents might not have ok'd this but I personally don't see anything wrong with my 16 year old daughter dating this 20 year old guy and I have reasons for this...

1. This guy seems like a classy guy that likes her for the right reasons

2. Their ages aren't too far apart

3. I worry more about the guy's lifestyle than his age, as in i'd be far more comfortable with my daughter dating him than some scumbag

4. It's important to me that my daughter is happy and so I really would hate to stand between her and something that'll make her happy.

I take pride in being a responsible parent and making sure my kids are happy and most importantly taken care of. But is me being ok with my daughter at 16 dating a 20 year old guy wrong of me?

17 year old girl dating a 21 years old guy is it ok?

It's like asking yourself. "Would I go to jail if I shoot this person?"

If im 16 is it illegal to hook up with a 20 year old?

Yes, it's illegal, I know it's only 4 years, but it's still against the law, don't do it, if your parents found out, they could ruin his life. especially if you got pregnant. just wait. i had to wait for my girl friend for two years. Male male female female, still illegal.

I was 6 years older. To you jack asses who say the man is sick, You are biased and pathetic.

But really, the two years will fly by if you two are relay in love and serious. But if you're just lookin to get laid, find a 16yo, though I don't honestly suggest it, they're immature and inexperienced, and your chance of getting pregnant increases because they won't have the sense to use a condom most likely.

Can a 17 year old date a 18-year-old?

It’s both legally and morally ok. However, nothing even vaguely sexual should take place. The 18-year-old is legally an adult and the 17-year-old is legally an infant. No, not child. Child only defines a relationship as in parent/child — and has nothing to do with age.The legal definition of infant is someone who has yet to attain their majority. In most jurisdictions, you are an infant until you turn 18.If anything even vaguely sexual takes place, then the 18-year-old could be charged with statutory rape.Statutory rape means rape as defined by statute — and doesn’t necessarily have to do with actual rape. Something as innocent as playing footsies could be construed as statutory rape. So, keep it squeaky clean.
