It really depends if the vram is on a dedicated graphics card or an integrated chip. If you're running it on a 13" mbp then you'll be looking at pretty much a slide show. On a 15" mbp you'll get acceptable performance on low settings. Macs are not optimised run games even on bootcamp so expect lower performance on a mac even if it has equal hardware as its pc counterpart.
