Will Benching 35-45 Pounds Stunt My Growth Im 14 Years Old

Will benching 35-45 pounds stunt my growth? im 14 years old?

Your parents are wrong. Weight lifting does not stunt your growth. Period.

As far as your height... you drew the genetic joker card, sucks but thems the breaks.

How can a man increase his testosterone?

Assuming that you’ve dealt with all the basic causes of low T — get adequate sleep, lose weight if overweight, cut excess alcohol, get adequate zinc and vitamin D, etc., etc. — and assuming you do not want to inject T (the only 100% reliable way to raise T), here is a quick checklist of possibilities, which will generally be more effective for younger guys (under 40), and possibly effective for older guys:Low-dose aromatase inhibitors, like letrozole. Quite effective, but easy to overdo! Don’t overdose. In the case of letrozole, dose range is 100–250 mcg (MICROgrams, not milligrams!).PDE5 inhibitors like sildenafil and tadalafil (like Viagra[tm] and Cialis[tm]). Yes, these actually can raise T levels, apart from their more well-known direct effects on sexual function. They stimulate T synthesis in the balls. They also help heal vascular endothelium (common cause of erectile dysfunction) and promote remodeling (regeneration) of the penis. These are good drugs, which most older men should probably be taking continuously.HCG - Human Chorionic Gonadotropin. This is an injectable peptide hormone that stimulates the balls to make T. It works. It also maintains testicle size when on TRT (i.e. prevents ball shrinkage that can occur when on T therapy).Clomiphene and Enclomiphene. Quite effective to raise T. Dose should be carefully controlled; often, less is more. Clomiphene in higher doses can cause mood problems. Apparently, the new enclomiphene (an isomer of clomiphene) is more effective with less possibility of side effects.Opiate receptor blockers, naltrexone and naloxone. These raise T by disinhibiting hypothalamic gonadotropin releasing hormone. Used with some success in hypogonadism and erectile dysfunction. All the nutrition-like stuff, such as D-aspartic acid, acetylcarnitine, boron, creatine, etc. D-aspartic acid looks best. Generally rather weak but worth a try if you’re younger (under 40). Older guys: a crapshoot, but no harm done by trying. Before actually undertaking any of this, you should do your homework carefully. Read up. Become an expert. Know what you are doing. I would recommend that you be under the care of a health professional who understands all this stuff, but I’m unsure that any exist. It took me months of research to compile the above list. I can’t imagine a busy doctor doing that, but maybe I am wrong. Maybe there are a few doctors out there, somewhere, who have sufficiently-comprehensive knowledge of all these options. Good luck.
