Will Doing This Make Me Gain Weight

Will going to the gym help me gain weight?

First and foremost i want you to know running is not the activity you want to indulge yourself into. Running is a prescribed remedy for fat loss. Now that you already are 46 kgs, i don’t think you want to lose more pounds running. So chuck running out of your to do list for the next 6–9 months from your life (until you bulk up like the hulk..!!).Now, the important aspect that you want to know about is wether or not gym will help you to gain weight. Well it’s a 50–50 scenario. You may gain or you won’t. Gym only help you in breaking the muscle tissues that you wont be able to in your daily routine. In return you provide yourself with proteins, water and rest. This helps in creating a high muscle density which makes you look good. But the thing is that you don’t grow in gym. You grow outside it. Eating a healthy diet rich in protein is the key (4–5 meals per day). You being a 5′6″ have a slight advantage i.e you don’t need to aim for 16-17 inches arms for a bulky look. So It will be a benefit when you start bulking. Also according to your question you want to know is gym going to help you in gaining weight. Well, yes it will if you follow the rules and won’t cheat yourself. But gaining weight can be achieved through other processes, start eating as much as you can without going to gym and don’t indulge in any cardiovascular activity. You will gain weight but it will be mostly fats. It’s up to you now, what you want for your self and how you want to get there.

I’m very skinny. Will going to a gym help me in gaining weight?

Being skinny is not a problem at all. From skinny to muscular is relatively easy process than fat to muscular. Initially you will find it hard to lift heavy but do not worry about it. With little consistency, you can gain strength.Eat little extra clean carbs for those extra calories. Increase amount of protein in your diet. Just remember, protein is very essential and you every single meal should have some amount of protein in it. If you are a non-vegetarian, then life will be very easy for you as you can get complete protein from meat and eggs. If you are pure vegetarian, then you will have to depend little on protein supplement like whey or something.Once you start going to gym, you diet intake will automatically increase and you wont find it hard to reach your calorie count. Target muscle mass and not fat. Dont overdo on cardio as you wont need it much. Weight training will suffice.Best of luck.NOTE: Someone suggested going to McDonald :) Do not fall for such bull**** Eating junk for the sake of weight gain isnt a good advice. Being healthy is the best option.

Can I gain weight by doing meth?

I did. It made me consume everything faster; food, alcohol, and cannabis. However I had pure D-meth, not street crap. Coupled with prescribed opiates for chronic pain from my military injuries, I went from 235 pounds with 5% body fat to over 400 pounds in 6 years. Getting off of everything helped me get back to 260, but my body is wrecked from years of not taking care of myself. I need surgery on both wrists, left shoulder, both knees, and a hip replacement. I'm only 42. If you want to gain weight, eat ice cream and drink diet soda. IMHO, most heavy drug users lose weight due to no money for food or being too busy to eat while getting high. I always had a full fridge and more meth than I care to reveal. Let's just say I was holding everyday for about 9 years.

Does eating paper make you gain weight?

Anything you eat usually makes you gain at least some weight because you are putting it into your body.

The term “pica” is used to describe cravings for unusual non-nutritional things like ice, paper, cornstarch, dirt, clay and others. I would suggest that you schedule an appointment with your health care provider as a thorough medical evaluation can help determine if your cravings are related to an underlying medical condition. If the cause of it is due to an emotional or developmental issue, cognitive behavioral therapy may be helpful.

Does rice make you gain weight?

Rice isn't going to MAKE you gain weight just like any other food can't MAKE you do it. Gaining weight is just simply a factor of calories in and calories out. If you are eating the same amount of calories as you are burning then you won't gain weight. People with fast metabolisms can eat more calories without gaining weight than those with slower ones. The younger you are the faster your metabolism.

The reason why people say rice makes you gain weight is because white rice is a processed carbohydrate. It's very similar to eating white bread. It is not a complex carbohydrate so in many ways its like eating sugar, it's not a lot different in how your body breaks it down than a candybar is.

So when you get older eating white rice may cause you to put on weight if you don't adjust the rest of your diet. It's a matter of balance. Eating a balanced diet is the key.

I hope this helps!

Since nutella is fattening , Will it make me gain weight?

Well I suppose this is not a joke question but oh well. You CAN'T gain weight, EVEN if you want to, by eating something fattening just once in a while..WOW I mean are you even serious? If you went on eating everyday nutella, which is indeed fattening, you would end up with a pound or two. But doing it just today and never again till like next week is just OKAY! EVEN nutritionists suggest that you eat a chocolate or something on Sunday or whenever you want.Just don't do it everyday. And of course don't stop eating because you had nutella. It's just 300 calories. Go eat something.
