Do detox drinks cleanse your system permanently ?
Detox drinks don't cleanse your system at all. What they attempt to do is interfere with the testing process so that the metabolites of drugs - which will still be there - aren't detected. There are two huge problems with these drinks (aside from the fact that they are expensive, a waste of your hard earned money, and a waste of time). The first problem is that they simply don't work. And all of those "first person" testimonials by people who insisted they worked are scams. Unfortunately, people rely on them, expecting them to work, and then because they believe they are going to work, they do something really stupid, like use drugs before they know they are going to be tested and then they get violated because they test hugely positive. The second problem is that currently, testing procedures test for the main active ingredients in these drinks and if they are found, even if they don't find drugs in your sample, if they find that you used a substance that is known to be an active ingredient in a product designed to camouflage drug use, that may be enough to violate you. And don't bother trying to "flush your system". Metabolites of most drugs and especially THC are excreted at a predictable rate. You really can't speed it up, and they test to see if you are trying to dilute your urine. I've heard of people eating saffron and turmeric,hoping it will turn their urine dark yellow to fool the tester, but the test for concentration has nothing to do with how it "looks"... it is a measure of what is dissolved in it and how dilute it is and is tested by a machine. They also check the creatinine level to see, again, if it's normal,what your kidney should be putting out, or if you are putting out way more water. A low specific gravity and a low creatinine will alert them that you deliberately tried to dilute your urine and that again may be enough to fail you. It would be awful for you to get violated if you actually did nothing wrong, and even worse if you were led to believe you could use something and still pass a test, when in fact, it simply won't help.

No it does not. Drinking water and cranberry juice, as an antioxidant, only gets rid of the by-products of alcohol. Alcohol is absorbed into the blood through the lining in your stomach. If you go and drink a whole lot of water, your urine will be dilute but not free of alcohol. I assume you are about to take a drug test. Sorry, time is the only way to remove alcohol traces from our urine because your body has to metabolize the alcohol. You can speed up this process by producing a good sweat. Exercise,saunas, and steam rooms.

Well, it's not going to get the THC out of your body. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT drink more than two cups of that stuff a day. You will literally feel like you are pooping fire, it'll be terrible and sudden. The only way to get THC out of your system is to wait for over two weeks, it could helped by drinking lemon juice and water but I wouldn't take a test without waiting at least a month.

This is dependent on your recent history of use and how much you used this time. Heavy use this time (maybe 2–3 grams in 1–3 days) or relatively constant past use (once a week one gram a time). There is no cleanser I would trust enough to put my job on the line.One assured method for passing is to use a catheter and fill your empty bladder with clean urine. A bit much for most people.Another viable option is the wizzinator or another prosthetic penis for realistic simulation of peeing during the test. The wizzinator is expensive, and I have heard some people have issues with leaking seals on the storage pack. As a pharmacist ( granted, a retired one )…I believe I can give you the best, straight to the point answer you require. If you are trying to pass a UDS ( Urine Drug Screen ), and only a UDS, without popping positive for methamphetamine…there are actually two proven ways to do this. The first ; Find a psychiatrist who will prescribe Adderall for your ADHD. While Adderall is not exactly methamphetamine ( it can be argued that it could qualify due to some of the short chain molecular properties ), it IS definitely an amphetamine. And, in UDS's…they look for the broken down metabolites of amphetamines. If you have a prescription for Adderall…you have a pass.Second ; The trick to all UDS's, is that they all test by looking for…or reacting to ( just like a litmus test ) a certain amount of those metabolites in your Urine.
