Will Equate Weight Loss Shakes Make Me Full

Has anyone seen results with Equate Weight Loss Shakes?

My husband's old roommate and all his friends actually drank those post-workout to GAIN weight and muscle. I would skip it. They are high in sugar and won't satisfy the average person.

I think those shakes are a couple hundred calories each. You'd be better off getting a good protein shake (Optimum Whey Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream flavor is the best), mixing it with ice and fruit and water in the blender, and having that instead. Loads more protein (keeps you full), tastes better, and is more satisfying. It also has a lot less sugar and calories than Equate shakes.

Or, you could just substitute clean eating for the shakes. Like, yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in for breakfast and tuna in the afternoon.

Im planing on drinking this in substitution for breakfast and lunch, and eating fruit and veggies for snack, and a portioned dinner, and no soda , just water and green tea. So does anyone know which will show more results? (I will be exercising) Thank you!!

They're usually prescribed when a child fails to maintain minimum weight or has a nutritional deficiency.
